In addition to providing safe, clean and reliable transportation service, our mission is to educate the public on what requirements are needed for a limousine company to conduct business legally, which in return ensures safety. Also to teach consumers how to verify a company's fleet. Most people think that when you are looking to rent a limousine, all you need to do is look on a company's internet site, printed display ad or see them at a bridal show, then compare prices.They just assume that a government agency is making sure the company is doing everything it is supposed to; unfortunately, this is not true.
We here at Lasting Impressions, love our animals (babies). We've always rescued animals. We also love music (hence the deejay service we provide). Before we started our deejay service, we used to offer a live band in which I would sing. One of the songs I co-wrote with the late Rhoda Levin from Protect-A-Pet, is called "Adoptable Love", which is about adopting animals. It's now for sale on CD and part of the proceeds will go to the Carroll County Humane Society. You can hear samples and purchase it below.

Pleasant Valley Road/ Frizzellburg, make a left. Immediately on the right will be an antique shop. At the end of the shop, between the shop and a house are signs that show "Lasting Impressions /1865-1895 Old Taneytown Road", make a right down the lane. A great company to deal with! We used one of their party/executive busses for my daughter's prom. The experience was worry free and excellent from A-Z. This company is organized, thorough and does exactly what they say they're going to do. It was a huge relief to have their transportation in the hands of an 1st Class professional rather than them all driving 45+ minutes each way. They actually said the ride to and from Prom was more fun than Prom itself. I'd aggressively recommend Lasting Impressions to anyone.

I could not say a single negative thing about lasting impressions limousine services. We used the stretched suburban limo and driver Phil Heard. The limo arrived on time to every location wherever we needed Phil to go he did it. He was a very nice man. The limo had amazing lights drinks and real glassware not fake. It was comfortable and had amazing speakers with a sound system that was easy to connect to.
Their prices may be a little higher but trust me these are the guys to go with if you want to do high school prom. This company assisted us in having a fantastic night and I will be using this company for limo service any other time I need it. Don't be scared by the prices these are guys to go with.

I wish I could write something more positive about Lasting Impressions but unfortunately I'm writing to alert future customers to stay away from this company unless you want a headache and to waste your money. After having my venue cancel all weddings through 2021 and then later 2022, I asked Lasting Impressions to return my deposit almost 9 months before my wedding date.
Instead of doing the right thing, Lasting Impressions kept my deposit and took advantage of my Covid cancellation to make some extra money. They had 9 months to fill their calendar and book of business to cover the service that I no longer need. I don't appreciate being treated like a Covid relief plan for vendors who refuse to return deposits where they could mitigate their own damages. If you are trying to plan an event during covid or under any circumstances where you might be in a position to cancel, I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Lasting Impressions is a wonderful company! Everyone we talked to through the process of booking was so helpful and friendly. They took the time to really explain their vehicles and choose the best value. The only complaint I have is our driver. It was a pouring cold night and a few times we had to wait in the rain because he wouldn't answer his phone.
He then admitted to falling asleep in the back of the limo getting locked in with no phone while we were waiting to get picked up. Then to make matters even worse he took conversation that passengers were having twisted it and took it to family members that he knew. It was VERY unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend the driver but the company and vehicle were amazing!

Very nice professional driver. Safe and patient with a limo full of happy bridesmaids and bride. Stayed with us and helpful in the terribly hot weather. Sorry so late, but this was for a Thursday covid delayed wedding. Highly recommended. I hope they travel to PA, because we need a party bus for my other daughters wedding in September!

We used Lasting Impressions for our transportation on the day of the wedding. My husband and I used the Zimmer, which was amazing and made us feel like royalty with a fabulous driver. We also used a chrysler limo for the bridal party, which we thought would be a nice treat for them. Unfortunately, the limo didn't have AC so everyone was sweating their makeup off (which I paid a lot of money for) and they also got their dresses and suits wrinkled.
When paying thousands of dollars, you expect to have working air conditioning at least. On top of that, the driver was incompetent and got lost each time which put us 25 minutes behind schedule that we had to scramble to make up. Fortunately this was the only flaw in our perfect day but I would be cautious about their limos and drivers in the future.

Had an amazing experience for my fiancee 40th bday and engagement. Mr Ron my driver was absolutely made our day and experience one that we will never forget. Everyone we went people just knew we were famous. It was a day that will last a lifetime. I had to change my plans several times and it was not problem at all just a simple email or call and it was done. It was everything I hoped it to be I will definitely be using Lasting Impression again. Hopefully for the wedding. Thank you so much to you and your wife.

Had an awesome car a driver Mr. Eric for my 60th Birthday. They had the really nice black stretched limo, gull wing doors, decorated inside and out with happy birthday everywhere. Rolled out the red carpet for all our pickups. Brought balloons, drink, waters. Had Dinner at Tio Pete's in Baltimore. Couldn't have asked for a better night with this company. Go out and have some fun! Treat yourselves to a limo.

An absolutely fabulous experience from start to finish! My Husband and I used Lasting Impressions for transportation on our Anniversary. The SUV was immaculate. Our driver Dwight was a true pleasure and provided excellent customer service. Ron and Kimberly are excellent to work with and went out of their way to make our experience memorable. I would recommend this company to anyone.
