After telling them that I'm going to expose their illegal dealings and activities their reply was, "if you go to our family, we will go to yours." These people threatened to kill my family because I called them out on their bullshit.

I called to affiliate with them. What are Nasty, ugly I don't know why anyone gives the business to this kind of peoples.who don't know even how to talk or having normal conversation without an attitude.

Not customer supportive. When a driver does something wrong they will treat the customer like a fool and will offer no meaningful relief. They support the driver regardless of the deed and the customer is left with no help. Avoid at all cost

Gosh what a terrible place. It's all Russian assholes who work over there. They lied to me a bunch of times and I want my refund! What terrible people.

I've been using Concorde for years, they are by far the best Limo company I've came across. They are always on time, the cars are super clean and the drivers are very kind and accommodating. P.s. the prices are very very reasonable as well. Highly recommend!

I used this car service as a new way to get from EWR in NJ to Midtown in NYC. The actual driver was ok, but what I just don't get is why a service that was provided on 6/6/2016 shows up on my corporate credit card statement on 6/27! Does it really take 21 days to process a payment that by the way was done using a flatbed reader! It's 2016 for Pete's sake!

Our firm has a corporate account with Concord for well over 5 years. They have been very reliable and drivers are knowledgable. I believe the reviews on this page may have been related to Concorde car service which is a small local car service in Brooklyn. I have heard of Concord since the beginning of the 90s and know they have been reliable

Where do start as an former employee of there's. They have no consideration into what their employee are face with or are going thru w/regards to working conditions. Half of the time there employees where to complain about anything they would find an excuse to give that employee hell or write them up. Restrooms were always out of order, place is filthy.

With regards to there clients if your not on a their priority list on a snowy or rainy day good luck getting a cab.they will tell you an hr delay you be waiting forever; Even on a sunny day you going to experience delays horrible company overall

Do not take this car service unless you want to risk your life. Took concord 838 tonight on the way home from work and the driver missed my turn by four avenues and then turned left into oncoming traffic. A semi truck and van that were going at full speed had to fully apply their brakes and the van swerved and came to a rest only a few inches from the car I was in.

The driver calmly proceeded as if he had the right of way. I asked to be let out immediately because he clearly did not know how to drive. He stopped at the next intersection at a red light and I told him I am getting out. As he was writing the receipt, he forgot to keep his foot on the brake so we were slowly creepy into the intersection and he didn't realize why that was happening even though I told him to apply the brakes.

I have never been more scared for my life in a car - and I have lived in NY for four years so I've seen my share of bad drivers. Never have I met a driver so reckless. If concord would hire such a terrible driver, I cannot imagine they care at all for their clients' well being.

They were on time, the company confirmed that the driver was arriving on time.they were considerate drivers, courteous and it made my drive to philadelphia from NYC, extremely relaxing. Highly reccomend

I cannot believe this place! My wife's parents uses this service all the time, despite never having good things to say about it. I followed my in-law's recommendation and and used Concord, against my better judgment. Our pick-up was for Saturday, and on Friday I received a call from their dispatcher saying that my car was waiting outside.

I explained they had the wrong day - no big deal. Then on Saturday no car comes around. I called to say the car was late - only to hear that my reservation was for Sunday and that a car would be there in a half hour. How do you mess up the DAY twice in a row?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? I wasn't even asking for anything complicated! They just had to pick me up at 1pm and take me to LGA!

After half-an-hour on the phone today trying to get a manager - an employee finally told me that they were "having a rough weekend" and that this kind of thing was happening to everyone. Pathetic.
