Look no further! Liberty Limo will take good care of you from beginning to end. The friendly customer service from Michelle to help set up the Limo service was like talking to an old friend! She was very professional and gathered all the information and didn't miss a thing. Very flexible with our pick up address as we were dealing with teenagers and prom.
When Robert picked them up he was beyond pleasant and welcoming. The kids and parents adored him. The limo inside was super clean and they even had it decorated with the school colors with balloons, beaded necklaces and napkins! The kids loved every detail. THANK YOU for taking such great care of our kids on their special night.

We had a great experience this past Sunday surprising my mother for her 70th birthday. Driver showed up on time and was very professional to say the least. Very disappointed in the service from Liberty. I will say that the initial discussions with the office staff made me feel comfortable as they seemed to be well organized and knowledgeable. The driver that was assigned to drive the party bus on my wedding day was the opposite. The plan was to take the groom and groomsmen to the church and then pick up the bride and bridesmaids and bring them separately.
All of the pick up and drop off points were close to each other yet we allowed for an extra 15 mins of time in the drivers schedule for any traffic, accidents, etc. The driver was using a gps and google maps on his phone and got lost several times to the point where the ceremony had to start 30 mins late. Once the driver realized he was lost he showed no sense of urgency nor provided any apology for the confusion.
We were frustrated to the point where we provided him step by step directions and he would still mess up. There were literally a couple instances where we would say turn left and he would turn right. Since the ceremony started late, the time for pictures between the ceremony and reception had to get reduced. This caused us to skip pictures we wanted in certain locations.
Most importantly, our plan was to go to the cocktail hour at the reception to thank and mingle with guests. Since we were behind on schedule we completely missed cocktail hour and thus threw off everything planned for the reception. Bottom line is although the office staff is very helpful, make sure the driver is familiar with the area (or at least knows how to use a gps).

Wonderful service! Door to door! Driver was punctual, friendly and entertaining. The entire staff at Liberty Limo was accomodating and a pleasure to deal with.
