Amazing service! We really enjoyed the experience from reserving the car to the quality and corporate service received when picking up the car. Upon arrival, the friendly staff was waiting for me, paperwork was ready, and we were quickie on our way in VIP Sedan. Also, a huge thanks to them for taking proper care of hygiene and sanitization, which made our journey stress free. I can't wait for my next luxury rental.

The driver Hisham Eid was wonderful. He truly understands customer service. His car was clean, he was dressed professionally, and he had mints and water in his car. He was also very friendly. He was a perfect representation of what service is all about. I wish there was some way I could have left him a large tip but I didn't have cash on me. This company now has a loyal customer.

I rarely (if ever) used to leave Yelp reviews, but lately I find myself using them more and more as a decision-making resource, so I've started contributing when service/value received exceeds my expectations OR when it's so bad potential consumers should be warned (lol). Part of my job is to coordinating ground transportation for a wide range of events and travel. I've used pretty much every major limo/car service there is (e.g. Carey, RMA, Music Express, Alpine) but after trying this company several times 8 years ago, I've never used another.
I can call with last minute requests for a VIP or for a quick drop off at the train station and no matter what the time, they come through -- I've never had to stress about them forgetting to pick someone up or getting somewhere on time (and my being blamed for it even though I'd done my part). Maybe it's because they're a smaller company so clients don't fall through the cracks? Idk The best part is that even though their cars are all late models and include Mercedes, Range Rovers, and even a Maybach (at least in DC), their prices are the most competitive I've come across-- again, maybe because they're a smaller company and don't have the overhead costs? Whatever the reason, I'm glad I found them and will continue to recommend them to everyone who asks what car company to use!

They were very professional. The car was luxury and spotless. They kept me informed by text when they were on their way, estimated time of arrival & texted me when the driver arrived. They showed up early, yet told us not to rush, it's their policy to be early. The driver was very kind and professional.

I've been ubering for a while now and for the past couple of months, I've been saying to myself "this is the last time I ride either Uber or Lyft", but then again. here I go and keep using them again and again and did so mainly because I was brainwashed thinking that a limo service was was going to bankrupt me. I couldn't be any happier that a friend recommended Airports Pickup and explained that most limo services are cheaper that Uber lux if you're traveling over 25 miles and damn was she right.
Not only did I pay less of what I would have paid Uber for a 45 mile ride from LGA with a stop on the Bronx and ending in Connecticut, but what a difference in service, vehicle and driver (suit & tie). I mean, I was picked up in a brand new Mercedes Benz stocked with water and mints. What else can I say? Well. I will keep using Uber and lyft for the short rides, but they will never see my pretty face on any ride over 25 miles. Bye Uber.

I booked this car service to take me to JFK. On the website, they note "Tolls, airport parking, 7% tax, 10% gratuity & 8% fuel surcharge are not included on published rates." Not having used a car service before, I interpreted ".are not included on published rates" as ".are not charged." I know - what was I thinking? But on the contrary, why can't they make it obvious, and write it more accurately, i.e. "In addition to the published rates, tolls, airport parking, 7% tax, 10% gratuity & 8% fuel surcharge will also be charged." Another thing - I was picked up at a residence, and dropped off (curbside) at JFK, and they charged me $25.00 for parking. What is that about? I plan to call the corporate office tomorrow to make some complaints and question the $75.00+ additional charges that I was not expecting.
