I paid a pretty penny for a 56-passenger coach bus to safely get all my wedding guests to/from the venue yesterday. I was already frustrated to find out that, on a 90+ degree day, the bus did not have any AC. Some of our guests that got on at the first stop actually got off at the second stop and took Ubers to the venue because they were already soaked in sweat.
At the end of the night, there was no bus to be found. Apparently the driver turned in the bus and went home early. Universal Limousine left our entire wedding stranded at the venue and scrambling to find rides to get everyone home at the end of the night. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value There is a reason they already have a 1 star review. Unfortunately Universal Limousine did it again with a no show, then lied about location of the limo, then lied about what happened. Bummed they ruined 1 year of a Christmas tradition. They were apologetic so I give them credit for that fact.
