Great service! Had a reservation with another company who canceled while I was in the air leaving my group of 8 stranded. Called 24/7 and they got us a great ride and driver in 10 minutes! Will definitely be using their service again.

Called and requested to get a limo for my daughter and her friends for her b day. Said he had one available and then stated well I have to page my drivers and see if anyone is available for tonight. Waited 5 hours to hear back and still no call back. Poor customer service. we ended up calling a different company and they were way more helpful.

Terrible terrible old limos. Our first limo was very old and dirty. Our limo broke down within 10 minutes of our ride and we were 50minutes away from our hotel. We proceeded to sit on the side of the road for one hour before our driver decided to start driving again. He then had us wait an additional hour inside of a lounge for a new car. Once the new car arrived, it had red solo cups throughout it and the new driver was far from friendly and professional.

If took us over 3 hours to get to our hotel. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Drivers are unprofessional. Limos are old and not clean. And you may break down on the side of the road for HOURS

This was the WORST limo service I ever received. DO NOT USE. I am calling the transportation board on him. The fake limo driver Allen is rude and unprofessional. I was celebrating my moms 71st birthday with a car full of older women. He came dressed unprofessional was the first part. Then he complained about the ride even though I was compensating him.

He dropped us off at the wrong spot and when I asked him to return to pick us up he would not come back and deliver us to the restaurant we had reservations at. We had to walk to the restaurant with 9 older ladies. He said " he was over us" and then would not come back and pick us up after dinner, which was agreed upon. We went on the worst 30 min ride, he had no waters in the limo and refused to help the ladies to get out the car.

I felt extremely discriminated against and ruined dinner trying to look for a ride home. Unless you want a rude racist driver who might not pick you up if he get another job I strongly suggest not to book with this company. We ended up getting a last min service for a lot cheaper rate but I want the world to not waste their money on the company. I would leave negative stars if I could, he should not be in business.

Anytime I need a limo (and that's more than you'd think), I use 24/7. They are clean, on time and friendly. Thanks 24/7!

I would give this company a 0 if I could. I spent the weekend of the 28th of August in Vegas to celebrate my 30th and my bachelorette weekend. This company RUINED that weekend. I was messaged by a Bobby on Instagram who stated that they could get me a limo for one hour for $350. I had a friend who said this was over priced, which it most definitely was but I didn't want to go through the hassle of finding another.

I made arrangements for a limo (party bus) to pick us up. I should have RAN the moment I stepped foot in that bus it was FILTHY and at the HEIGHT of Covid-19. The driver DEMANDED that I give him the money upfront as well as a $60 tip that was NEVER discussed with Bobby! Okay, I left it alone. Nothing was ruining my night. THEN we head to the liquor store to which he buys a pint size bottle of Hennessy, a personal size sprite and cranberry juice and we had to request he go back for ice as it was all melted from the previous ride.

I then told the driver to take us back to the hotel and to cancel the entire ride as this was not going to work. He takes us back and refused to give us our money back. In comes Mr. Ron Brady into the picture. He tells us some bullsh*t about how he's going to give me a refund, how he's suspended the driver over the course of 2 weeks. I STILL have yet to receive a refund but plan on filling a complaint against the BBB as well as seeking other avenues with guidance from my attorney. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! If you see them RUN

I can't believe the customer service we received last week. I have recently relocated to the LV valley with my fiance since he plays for the Raiders. We are enjoying the city very much, however my girlfriends arranged a limousine and we end up with a very bad experience. Our driver Lee (702) 557-0116, arrived to pick us up 2 hours late which was truly unacceptable however we let this go.

We were told we were supposed to be receiving a stretch Escalade, or a hummer were clearly the pictures that were sent to us, He arrives in a van. My girlfriend was having her birthday so we had no choice at that point but to let that situation go since we already had been waiting and two hours late. Upon paying him which we feel he definitely overcharged us.

The vehicle was extremely extremely dirty. I actually asked him to please stop and give us cleaning supplies cause it was bad, there was old dirty cups, dust, finger prints all over the glass, the floor had not been cleaned in a long time, vehicle had a heavy marijuana odor, the worse part about the unsanitary actions was the vomit in the rear corner that he apparently claimed to have zero knowledge of most likely cause he did not clean after the precious customers.

I don't believe this gentleman has heard that we are currently in a heath pandemic, and need to stay sanitary. So we spent a long part of our trip cleaning this vehicle, which is unacceptable. He was constantly talking on his phone while driving which made us very nervous first and also that every time a call would come it would disconnect the Bluetooth.

He made us as females feel extremely uncomfortable with his actions, comments, and personality. My girlfriends and myself are extremely unhappy with this situation and are currently reaching out to others for assistance also since this is unacceptable. We asked the driver to allow us extra time since he was late, and we had to clean and he stated that he had a ride after us that he was already late for.

We are consulting with others about other possible remedies in this matter, and situation. If anyone has any questions please feel free to reach out to us we are more than willing to supply pictures, audio, and video of this evening. We definitely will not be using your services anymore and suggest that anyone else find other transportation that hopefully is reliable, professional, and doesn't make females feel uncomfortable.

If I could give this company and driver zero stars, I would! This limo driver put a HUGE damper on my daughters sweet 16 birthday especially sanitary danger. Found a posting on Facebook Market and sent a message and got a call the same day. A guy Ron ended up texting everything to confirm transportation, sent pictures and said he worked for 24/7. 24/7 had some good and bad reviews so.

I felt comfortable enough to book. Ron showed up 2 1/2 hours late and had many excuses for his lateness. Pick up communication was discussed and confirmed 2 days prior for 12-12:30. I sent a text the day of transportation at 12:45 asking for a time frame to only be told, he can't make it until 3:00. For 2 hours I was lied to about time frame and where he was at with arrival. 24/7 limo pulled up to pick 7 girls and take them to Lake Las Vegas. Limo had used cups on floor, filthy fingerprints on windows and a cracked window.

Mind you website says they are taking extra precaution for cleaning during COVID. It was very hot inside limo and for an hour car ride with an extreme heat wave over weekend (118 outside). Driver says when he arrived that pick up time was 2:30? Seriously, did you forget the text conversation? Manager Angela, had not much to say, but offer a free 1 hour ride.

She advised we didn't book with company directly, we booked with driver and it's subbed out (like a side job) and wasn't 24/7 fault supposedly. Mind you if something happens, who is legally responsible? NEVER AGAIN! No Received a call from office manager about my negative/false review against the company when company wasn't involved. The driver did return my deposit, but still doesn't change what accrued on her birthday. Shame on this company for loaning our limo for "supposedly" side jobs.

Horrible experience. They didn't bother showing up to our home to pick up our daughter and the wedding party. They had no problem charging us and have still not paid us back for a non-service. We had to scramble last minute to find an alternative ride for the bride to reach the church and the venue. The sister, the parents, the future in laws, all got on their phones and we were lucky that at the last possible minute, we were able to find a limo service that helped save the day, Crown Limousine LA.

Thank God for them! Do these people know the damage they cause when they mess a very important day in someone's life? How do they not care that a bride is waiting for them and they know they are not showing up? Giving them one star is implying that the service was that bad. There was no service and zero is not an option on yelp. We are still waiting for them to reimburse us despite the fact they never showed up!

I got a pink hummer stretched limo for my 30th birthday and was so happy I did! Everyone had a great time and I wish I had planned the ride to be longer - that's how much fun we had! Driver came on time and he was very friendly and helped us take several group pictures with the limo : When I set up the booking with the manager she was very prompt and made the process very easy. I can't wait to have another celebration so that I can have the excuse of getting a pink limo again!

We had the green H2 limo pick us up at the airport for my son's 21st bday, everything was perfect. Jeff (our driver) was amazing, he went above and beyond! Thank you for the great time in Vegas!

I can't believe a company can get away with this? Took my CC info and charged me and did not show! Just not there and no call. Now the owner is avoiding my emails and calls. Guess I'm filing a police report? Insane. Cheap for a reason. Do not do business with if you value your sanity.

I used 24/7 Limo service on 1/5/2019 and found the experience disappointing. My driver showed up 30 mins late which threw our whole plans into a mess. The driver Ronaldo wasn't rude per say but also was def not friendly considering it was suppose to be a special drive for my future wife and I with our family and friends to go to the chapel. I tried to discuss this later through e-mail with the limo service and while they did apologize, that was the extend of their support. Also, the cups in the limo had something in them already which meant they never even tried to clean or maintain prior to new customers. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Driver was smoking and the smell was all in the limo. Disgusting. Was an older limo, got me from MGM Grand to Bellagio for $120! Not very impressed

Picked us up at Paris to take us to Las Vegas bowl and was supposed to pick us up (9 of us in Mercedes bus ), confirmed where he would pick us up after. told us to text 20 min before we wanted to be picked up. we did. they confirmed they would be there we continued to text and get responses for an hour and they eventually stopped responding and never showed up. We have already notified our host at the hotel- never will rely on them again.

We rented the Durango SUV limo on Saturday, July 14, from 7-9 pm. We had no issues with the rental until we returned to the Paris hotel, where the driver then asked for our credit card for payment. We had reserved the rental earlier in the afternoon and were quoted with a price of $252 for 2 hours; however, our driver tried to double the price and complete the purchase for $514. Luckily, our credit card companies flagged the transaction as fraud.

The Las Vegas police were called. The company sided with the driver, saying that he accidentally put the transaction through twice. Save yourself the chaos and trouble and do no rent from 24/7 Limousines!

Why we chose this limo service: For the vehicle it was the cheapest. I've never been in a limo that was so "used". It rode hard, the transmission wasn't in good condition, the interior was worn. Even so, it was spacious and well equipped, and our driver tried hard to be accommodating. It was sufficient for our transportation needs and for the dollars, it was a acceptable.

I love this limo company. great service and they have a vehicle for every type of event. We get the vault or the rockstar bus for E.D.C every year when we wanna be ballers. Awesome sound system and lights inside.not to mention the stripper poles. Theyre always on time for pickups and the prices are great.

Terrible service all around! We used their services in June for a 40th birthday party. Their driver was TEXTING while driving for most of our ride. I addition when our ride was complete we were surprised by being charged an additional $80 for champagne that we were never told was not included! You claim to be a no hidden fees company but clearly that is false!

I made numerous calls the company and spoke to the manager and even the owner and was told I would be receiving a refund. I'm still waiting for that to happen! Do NOT recommend and would NEVER use their services!

I called 24/7 Limousines looking to reserve their pink hummer limo for my daughter's birthday. I asked if there was a minimum of how many hours you had to rent the limo, the lady on the phone said no. I told her I wanted to reserve it, I told her that the pick up would be from North Las Vegas and that's when the price jumped, there was a different rate for picking up other than on the strip. two hours came out to $774! Couldn't explain how 2 hours worked out to that or what the rate was per hour.

She asked if there was any way that pick up could be on the strip! Uhhh no what would be the point of bringing 12 people to the strip to have a limo pick us up and take us to the Circus Circus?! After reading the reviews I'm glad I didn't go with them! Ended up going with presidential limo and renting for 4 hours their pink limo for almost half the price!

Clearly this is a company that has lost its mojo. Now I know why they still had availability during CES. The receptionist staff will not give you their full attention and were not forthcoming about information. I was given the run-around on pricing and was quoted for and charged rates that did not exist at any level. They didn't monitor the flight information and were not authorized to wait, and as a result was grossly overcharged.

Then I was told I would have to wait almost a week for the final paperwork. This is absolutely not acceptable. This company will gouge you for no reason and needs serious reforms internally to be considered up to snuff in Las Vegas, let alone in general as a limousine service.

I was looking for limo services for my wedding. I called Friday and got a quote, it was a good price so I decided to book it. I gave all of my informaron including my CC for the reservation. I asked for confirmation number and was told that I would receive an email shortly with all of that information. It's now Monday and have not received anything.

I called today at 12:55 and was told that they would check and call me back. I did not hear anything so I called back at 5:42 pm and was told they would call back. They called me back and said that there is no information and or reservation at all in any of their systems. They wanted to get my info again. Yeah nope, I will pass. So my question is, who in the world did I give ALL of my CC info to, that now the girl is not known in the office and my information was never entered in the system.

Yeah no, is rather pay extra for adequate service and avoiding an inconvenience on my wedding day. Now it's time to call my bank and report this incident so that they can flag my accounts. Thank you for creating such a hassle.

I have rented from them on 2 separate occasions and on my first experience the vehicle was 30 minutes late (said due to traffic and vehicle was dirty) but Adam was amazing and the service made up for the lateness. We rented the pink hummer for a nice celebration dinner party at Ruth Chris. It was a classy fly event! Adams service, support and flexibility was top notch! Adam restored our faith! Sooooo.

Fast forward 3 months and we ordered a normal black stretch limo (classy black tie event) for the birthday man and his special guest. The women had on formal ball gowns and the men Tuxedos. 24/7 called to tell me it would be late (oh no, not again! - due to engine blew on vehicle). This was a very special event, 200 guest waiting for a grand arrival of the birthday party.

A green hummer arrived but even more concerning it had the stench of smoke, seats were dirty and torn. The vehicle had limited air and it was 110 degrees that day! The office was responsive and comp'd the ride but this was NEVER ABOUT the MONEY but the experience. You cannot rewind or start over when you have an expectation of a quality and high-class experience.

You count on the company to deliver a quality product; unfortunately that was not the case for this 50th birthday gig. Unacceptable since they did not deliver - inability to take pictures, missed the opportunity for a grand arrival and the guest were visibly sweaty upon arrival to the venue! At this point 24/7 is really a 1 in my book! Adam was a solid 4, lateness 0, quality of vehicle 0, accuracy 0 and customer service was 3 = 1.4 rating. So unfortunate!

I met Adam years ago through a mutual friend, and little did I know how lasting the business relationship would be! 8 (ok maybe 9) years later- I return to Vegas on a huge company trip complete with all of our top tier clients and he knocked it outta the park for us! Our generously sized client group was not an issue. Starting with pick up from the airport in hummer limo with SUV for luggage.

The attention to detail for the pick up was outta bounds! We did not have to wait, touch the luggage or wait for our next drink- Adam took care of everything! From champagne in our hummer limo, with party music playing- completely kicking off the trip- to the concierge level service when the SUV collected the luggage without our efforts (fantastic!).

Every night, even on his day off!- he facilitated the bookings and pick up location/time effortlessly for me which was such a great help while planning events on the fly! If he wasn't picking us up, his contact would text me directly which really made the difference for timing. Everyone loved every event and we all rode in style thanks to Adam :) A MUST BOOKING WHILE IN VEGAS!

Another fantastic experience with this company. We came to Las Vegas from San Diego/Riverside for our annual Super Bowl weekend trip. We've used Pete with 24/7 for 3 years now and will continue every time we're in town. Pete was very easy to get in touch with while trying to coordinate a ride to our Super Bowl party off the strip for 20+ people.

He confirmed our pickup location and time the day before and the day of, and showed up early dressed to impress in a stretch Cadillac stocked with drinks for the ride. We made quite the entrance! Such a fun way to start out our day. I can't recommend him enough, he really makes our Vegas trips fun and memorable!

$120 from Paris to Rio. He had to wait a bit for us to walk over after dinner or else I would have tried to haggle a bit more. Beautiful hummer limo and it accommodates 20 I believe. There was also a moon roof, which many of the other hummer limos won't let you use or they don't have it.
