Booked a trip from airport to my hotel and back. Both times, received a text stating that they are on their way. Arrived early both times. Opened doors, loaded and unloaded our luggage. Small gestures like these goes a long way. Chauffeur was very professional and car was luxuriously clean. Road the BMW 5 Series, will surely book again. Thanks for the great experience. 10/10.

I was calling to hire this service for my husbands bday dinner to inquire about rates and options. The person on the phone was so horrible, she rushed me off the phone and told me to go straight to the site. Before I could tell her I had more questions she hung up. If this is how you do business even before the reservation, I can only imagine the horrible car service it self. I wanted to give this company a chance because I know sometimes reviewers can be harsh. But the poor reviews here are all correct. NO thank you Omni. EVER

I must give 5 stars because this company and it's driver went above and beyond the call of duty. The driver "Aric" (pronounced Eric) waited with my sister & I at the baggage claim for 40 minutes for our 1 bag to come up the belt. With no help from the airline, we waited. Aric called Omni explaining what was happening & they were great about him waiting with us.
Not only was the driver polite, courteous, respectful, patient and impeccably dressed, the car was beautiful & clean. Thank you Omni & Aric for making the beginning of our Las Vegas vacation happy even with a glitch.

I've been using Omni for over a year as I fly into Las Vegas 12+ times a year. Service has always been excellent and it's only marginally more than an Uber. Great friendly staff often having the same driver. I've recommended it to friends and colleagues who have traveled to Las Vegas with similar feedback. Spend the extra $20 and ride in style.

BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK! If I could give zero stars I would. My wife and I got married last week (9/22/21), and I had booked a ride through this company for 11:00am that day to bring me to the ceremony (I booked weeks before, AND called to confirm the day before to ensure everything was all set.) At 10:05am on the day of my wedding, I received a call from them saying that the driver called out and there was nothing they could do to help.
They offered to come 30 minutes late, but that does me no good considering my ceremony was booked for a certain time, 30 min away. I pleaded with the woman on the phone to get someone to help, and all I got was "yeah, sorry, unfortunately theres nothing I can do". Let me just emphasize that this is 55 minutes before I was headed TO MY WEDDING. So unprofessional, and so unhelpful. I have never experienced such terrible service. Do yourself a favor and book through a different company so you know you will have a ride.

Reserved a Limo for transportation to McClaren Airport. Confirmed pickup day before date. Pick up time arrives and no Limo to be found. Call company and we are told nonchalantly that they do not have a Limo available. If you have somewhere important to go do yourself a favor and find another service.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality I would give no stars but that's not an option. Payed for a pickup months in advance, car never shows and no one calls. Once we reach the company representative says they are booked. You weren't booked when you took the reservation. If where you have to go is important to you do yourself a favor and use another service.

My sister and I were meeting in Las Vegas to celebrate my birthday. At the last minute, I decided to hire Omni limousine to transport us to the hotel. A couple of things went wrong that had nothing to do with Omni limousine. In fact, Omni is what ended up resolving the problems. My flight landed later than expected and my sister's flight was in the other terminal.
I was unaware that there was another terminal. Steven, our driver texted me as soon as I landed and was very polite, friendly and helpful in quickly getting my bags and coordinating a convenient place to pick my sister up from the other terminal. If I could score higher than five stars, I would. He made a stressful situation very pleasant. I will definitely be using Omni limousine again and requesting Steven whenever I am in Vegas.

I almost never leave negative reviews. However, the dumpster fire I found myself in with this company. Booked a car, took three calls from my office to receive a confirmation email, car never showed up, called the company and was told three successive lies (all of which I corrected): 1 - my driver was at the airport (incorrect and after 10 minutes on hold where she attempted to call the driver, excuse number 2 (below)); 2 - my flight was late (incorrect, I was standing at the curb 1 minute before my pickup time); 3 - this is the best one: they should've never taken my booking since I booked the same day (as though that was my fault).
I was forced to find alternative transportation. After going through this entire debacle I was insured my credit card would be refunded the entire amount. Here I am one week later with no refund. I called back and they gave me the excuses once more: -accounting has to handle this and they're not in today. (What about the past week?) Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible professional manners. I want does not use the service again I will make it my mission to ensure that nobody I know it as well.

Could I give "0" stars? I would if I could. I booked a car in June for my return trip to the airport early in the morning in August. Yes, i booked 2 months in advance. I got a call from them the day before I was supposed to leave cancelling my reservation because they were busy and had no available cars? What is the sense of booking a reservation months ago if they won't honor it? Basically, they will drop you like a hot potato if they can make a bigger buck somewhere else.

I booked Omni Limo through the Resorts World concierge this past 4th of July weekend for a trip for a group of 25 of us. Resorts World concierge and Omni Limo confirmed the trip would be $136 each way for a total of $272. The driver was great. Very nice, on time, and easy to work with. The issue is afterwards I check my credit card statement and I see that Omni Limo charged me once for $136 and again for $1,119.
What the hell happened here? I reach out to Omni Limo and they said the trip lasted 7 hours. I tell them, no I booked individual trips and asked "why would I book a driver to sit around and wait for 7 hours?" The hotel confirmed this and I also showed my confirmation that the agreement was $136 each way. Omni Limo did refund me the difference, but only after several email exchanges. Not only was this a waste of time to clear up, but Omni Limo was absolutely unapologetic about the mishap. I would not use Omni Limo and I would NOT recommend them.

I'm an account holder with this service and in the past they have done well. However yesterday I had a pick up scheduled at an Airport FBO and the driver was 20- minutes late! Nobody bothered to call me to let me know. I had to call them and have the operator track him down. Left me and my family standing in 105-degree heat in Las Vegas. To make things worse he didn't even know where he was supposed to be taking us! All over a bad experience. The only reason I don't give them 1 star is that in the past they've been much better. Hopefully just a glitch.

Terrible service with the left hand not knowing what the right one is doing. Made reservations a day before our arrival. Then per company's request emailed them cc authorization (6 hours before the flight) no response. Call them before my departure, which is 2 hours before arrival to Vegas: first time I got hanged up on and second time when I called, u was told that they do not have my cc authorization even though they had all my other communications While on the phone, I re-emailed cc authorization, just to get a response that it is too late and they will not send the car. Terrible service.

Loved the cool website, took my info and payment information, looks professional and easy. Well, not exactly. An hour later an email arrives (was almost to the airport), asking for me to print out a form, sign it with a pen, then fax it back to confirm all my credit card information. This was apparently due to "increased fraud." Total nonsense, who prints and signs things outside of a mortgage or divorce anymore? Called a competitor and booked over the phone in 3 minutes with a great experience.
I was curious if they would charge me a 48-hour window cancellation (you know since I didn't fax the signed form back and the fraud thing), they said they would not. We shall see if I need to file a chargeback.

I'm sorry to say I have used this company twice now, and twice there were issues with the car. The first time I ordered a BMV, he showed up in a suburban. Our driver was very nice and saw how upset I was and was able to get a BMW for our return trip. Our second try with this company, I ordered the BMW again, I called to make sure I get this car, I put in the notes no car substitution without notifying me first.
So guess what shows up? A Lincoln. No one called, no one cared. When I am paying $230 for a car I expect to get what I paid for. I'm sorry to say I will find another more reliable company from this point on.

Used online booking to charter a car, was told my reservation was confirmed and to expect a confirmation email shortly. "Shortly" to Omni Limo evidently means 45 minutes later, and only after I called, twice and finally talked to a human being. I'm unimpressed with their definition of "excellent" service. Guess we'll see if a car actually shows up tomorrow.

Do not use this company. Booked a stretch limo for our engagement session well over a month in advance. They decided to wait until the DAY OF to call me and tell me they did not have any limos available in their fleet that day leaving me to scramble to find a new company. They are unprofessional and were not even a little bit apologetic. Man on the phone was very rude.

Wanted to make it special for my granddaughter, first time visiting Las Vegas. The chauffeur was fabulous. He came with her name on an iPad. Made her feel very special. He made sure we were comfortable in the limo before driving off. Price is fairly reasonably. Easy to book online (or you can call).

Not one but TWO bad experiences with Omni in one weekend. Unprofessional because they don't respond to emails or call you back and shady because you don't get what you pay for. Day one paid for an Escalade and received a Suburban. NOT the same thing! Day two: Bus driver took incorrect route to destination and made all guests inside pay the $100 toll due to his mistake. Showed up late to a wedding because of his error. You think you would get a refund or an apology due to driver error and nothing but crickets.

I was so pleased with service! Everything was explained nicely and clearly for me. Their service is awesome! A day before arrangement the driver called me and he was super friendly! The car arrived on time! It was a stretch limo, probably brand new…and absolutely beautiful! I love it! There was mini bar, great audio system, tv, and LED lights that I really liked! The whole trip was amazing thanks to our driver! Thank you Omni Limousine that you made my Bday! No doubt that I will use this company for my next trip.
