If I could give zero stars, I would. We made a reservation for transportation from the airport to Treasure Island Hotel. Our flight was over an hour late. When we arrived in the baggage area, NO driver! Called twice.waited on hold for a total of fourteen minutes.no one picked up. This happened at 1:30 a.m. So much for 24/7 customer service. Attempted to call later that day and was disconnected.twice.

When I finally spoke with someone on Monday, the man was incredibly rude; claimed we were a no-show, said their driver was in the baggage claim area from 12:40 until 1:30a.m. (they were NOT). Said they tried to call us but we didn't answer. They screwed up when taking our information and transposed digits on our phone number. Do NOT believe the verbiage on their website about their commitment to personal, professional service making them the best choice!

We had a terrible experience with this company. Specifically, the driver tried to charge us for the services when we already paid, he did not complete our rental and took another booking during the time we had paid for, we were stranded in downtown Las Vegas with 5 others in 117 degree heat. The Customer Service line is no longer taking my calls to resolve the services that have not been rendered and applicable payment.

We've reported them to the Better Business Bureau and a report will be filed this week with the department of transportation. I caution anyone considering this company. You may be over charged, you may not have the services rendered that you paid for, and you may be left without the transportation you paid for.

WARNING WARNING WARNING I would not recommend this limo service to anyone! We rented this limo company to start off my sons wedding weekend. The limo was at the airport way too early, which took off time on our ride. The driver then proceeded to take us to the limo where he left us behind walking so freaking fast that we could Not keep up! The limo was hot as hell and then he drove as fast as he could to our hotel jerking us in the limo. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Overall a wonderful experience on our first trip to Vegas. Really enjoyed arriving at our hotel in style. Big thanks to our driver Joseph who helped us out with bags and had limo stocked with champagne as per request. This got our trip off to a great start! If back in Vegas will be sure to get this company again for limo rental. Thanks again!

One of the best transportation companies in Vegas. Lurch and colorful selection of vehicles, available 24/7. Will recommend.

The driver that picked us up at the airport was late, we had to call the dispatch line to find out what was going on, then the vehicle that picked us up wasn't what I ordered, but a bus that was unbearably hot. It was over 100 degrees out, we had 4 women in our party in their 50s/60s, and the air conditioning wasn't working. It was a horrible experience and we arrived at the hotel sweaty and hot.

The driver that took us back to the airport did not pick us up where our paperwork indicated. They did not call when they arrived, and we stood in the heat waiting for too long. I again had to call dispatch which didn't have any information. They did call me back and we were told to walk across the hotel to another entrance. Our driver didn't smile, say hello, or apologize. Also, before making your reservation, know that if need to make a change, even in advance, you're screwed.

They won't adjust anything or work with you. Our entire party was highly disappointed in this experience. **UPDATE** The company did call and apologize. And they offered me one complimentary one-way trip the next time we come to Vegas.

Everything was Wonderful! Driver 5 stars!, Limo was amazing 5 stars! Reservation was little cumbersome - no app on the phone, had to email back and forth, but not too bad 4 stars. Overall fun we had - 10 stars! Very good time with no complaints, will be using you guys again when back in vegas.

I wish I had checked Yelp before using this company to book a town car. We used them to pick us up after our wedding in Washoe Valley and drive us to the Peppermill in Reno. I was quoted $190 for the ride, however they ended up charging us $225! At the time I made the reservation, I was also told that if they had to wait less than 15 minutes from the time we booked it for, they would not charge a wait time.

We had a reservation for them to pick us up at 9:15. The guy arrived early, and we promptly got ready to go. We got in the car maybe a few minutes after 9:15. When I called the company to find out why the charge was more than what I was quoted, he told me the additional amount was for the wait time, and that their records showed that the driver left at 9:30.

I know for a fact that that's not true! He refused to believe me, and said they couldn't adjust the charge. They offered a complimentary service in the future, but I want nothing to do with this company. DO NOT USE THEM!

Great limo company to work with! We have many members of our company fly in for a convention. Multiple trips. Multiple passengers and flights. Everything went without a hitch. All passengers were picked up right on time. Our staff was very pleased with all drivers that we had. They were very competitively priced compared with other companies that we looked at. Customer service level was unmatched however. Thank you for job well done! Will be booking next year also.

I ordered Las Vegas LX-Limo for my daughter's wedding on February 1st. David was very helpful in getting everything set up. The bride and groom loved the limo and David even made sure that some of complimentary champagne in the limo. Driver was wonderful and friendly. Made for a happy ride! Thanks David for all you did for my daughter and son-in-law.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Even one star isn't deserved! They made me arrive at my wedding over half an hour late, almost resulting in it having to be cancelled due to our minister needing to leave. We were picked up late, but then the driver took the longest slowest route to downtown I've ever experienced. They charged me 15 minutes extra on my credit card on both vehicles we booked, despite it being their fault I was late!

I emailed a couple of times whilst on honeymoon to complain but kept getting told to call them, which I did once I was home in the uk. Spoke to the rudest, most arrogant man Joseph who just wanted to point out how wrong I was about everything rather than listening to what I had to say. The worst customer service I've experienced in the whole planning of my wedding. He even had the cheek to offer discount next time I use them, what a joke. Go with Presidential, we used them on my bachelorette party and they were perfect!

LISTEN TO THE ONE STAR RATINGS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They absolutely charged us double from what the driver showed us for a receipt. Make sure to get absolutely everything documented if you want to take them. DO NOT FALL FOR THE 'DRIVE THRU THE STRIP' option. We went about one block on the strip. When we asked the driver about it, he said we did not pay for that option and showed me a whole different amount on his phone.

I thought that amount was reasonable but then come to find out, our credit card was charged the amount for the strip drive thru. The driver himself was very rude and just tried to rush us the whole time. We had to run to baggage claim. When we got into the limo, there was only 3 bottles of water (there were 8 of us). When we asked the driver if he has more water, he just mumbled on about he didn't have time and he was once again very rude. Unfortunately, this being the beginning of our trip and us having some place to go.

I was NOT going to waste our time and get our trip off on a bad foot by arguing with the driver or calling the company instantly. I decided I would talk to them when I got back and assumed that they would have good customer service. Instead, I talked to the supposedly owner of the company (Joseph) who was even more rude to me then the driver. He kept asking if I have proof. We took many other limo's during the trip and had a much more enjoyable time! FIND ANOTHER SERVICE!

I travel a lot and prefer to use a company that I or my friends would previously have had a good relationship with. This strategy was useful this time as well. My friend's who have been to Vegas before have recommended me using LX for my airport arrival. I will certainly recommend and will use them again as well, since my experience has been flawless. Driver meet me at the airport, helped me with my bags was very professional and the car was in superb condition. Thank you!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! We decided to book them for our wedding date. Booked the 36 passenger bus, yet a 25 passenger bus is what showed up to pick up our guests. We had 3 scheduled pickups before taking to the wedding chapel, so we weren't aware of the issue until after the ceremony when we joined our guests on the bus to go to dinner. The driver was confused because his paperwork stated different numbers compared to what I was given (ALL my paperwork stated 36 passenger bus!).

He ended up having our guests sit on each other laps and in the aisle of the bus! He said he would have a different bus there after dinner to fit everyone for the drop off locations. Well, he came back with 2 buses. I tried calling multiple times on Sunday to the billing & accounting office and there was no answer. All I wanted was to change the charges from the 36 passenger bus to the 25!

It makes sense to pay for what we got right? Finally got through to someone today (considering I am on my honeymoon.) and got Joseph on the phone. He was the most argumentative person I have ever encountered! Flat out calling me a liar, saying there were 2 buses the entire time because the bigger bus wasn't available for the half hour change I had made the day before the wedding.

Ok that would make sense, but I asked why no one called me to inform me of this information and he said "because it was your wedding day, we knew you wouldn't answer". Not true, but I could see it happening with others. He wouldn't let me get 2 words in stating the actual events of the day and how there was no second bus until 6:30 PM (original pick up time was 2pm!).

He offered us a 10% discount. When I asked how much he would refund he said $75. Then I had to correct him because we paid $1000! Therefore we should get $100 back! So frustrating. Take my advice and STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Horrible service with LX Limo in Las Vegas. The reservation operator made promises that the company did not follow through on. For instance, the company did not abide by the cancellation policy that the operator told me was policy. Even though you have cancelled hours in advance, the driver will still come out to your pick up location and harass people to find you, and call your phone at all hours of the night.

The main office simply apologized and said, "we forgot to contact the driver and cancel." And of course, you are still charged the full amount. After cancelling service, LX said they would provide me with a 10% discount because of the trouble we experienced with the driver, however they still charged me a gratuity fee! If we cancelled the ride, why are we paying gratuity? Billing is a disaster. Be careful.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Worst customer service ever! I spoke with Andre who asked me the same questions three times! Sounded annoyed when I tried giving him information and tried taking my CC# with out giving me a quote! When he finally agreed to give me a quote, after a huge sigh, quoted me $1,000 more than what he had emailed me 2 hours ago! When I asked what the difference was he told me that it is the "basic package" DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I would give 5 NEGATIVE stars if i could!

If I could have given no stars, I would have. This was the worst company I've ever dealt with in my entire life. They are scam artists! Driver showed up an hour late, then stated it was just a transfer (although I paid for 3 hours and a bottle of hot champagne). We called "LX Limo" multiple times that night trying to sort out the situation, however the driver (who was subcontracted by the way) ultimately dropped us off at our hotel and I was out over $800.

I reported them to BBB, and got my money back through my credit card company. The owner, whom I spoke with multiple times, is a rude crook, and I hope his company goes bankrupt!

DO NOT USE this company. I wish I could give them negative stars. I was charged over $1200 on my credit card when I was quoted only $512.30. I had used my debit card, so I was furious! I REPEAT: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was able to get most of my money back but was over charged close to $200 in the end b/c they said they counted their time by the moment the vehicle left the garage and stopped the time once it arrived back. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!

Like another reviewer said, this company will run your credit card for more than the charge should be. They don't accept cash, either, so don't bother trying that route. They were unwilling to do anything when I called about the surprise overcharge. I had to fight through my credit card company to get the the bogus overcharge removed. Book with Ambassador or Bell Tran. Neither has ever tried to rip me off.

Wish i could give this company no stars. Our driver was great. He was friendly and knowledgeable. However when i looked at the charge on my credit card. They charged me a total of 4 hours for a 45 minute drive. Then when i called their billing department. They stated that they charge by gps and that they could not do anything about it. Beware of this company! They will overcharge you.

Awesome Service! I had called a dozen or so Limo companies in Vegas to book a limo per transfer, not per hour. We wanted to go from our hotel to restaurant, then restaurant to club, then club back to hotel at the end of the night. This was no problem for LX. We rode in VIP style around town for an amazing rate. the driver was VERY friendly, the limo was newer and very clean. It was a great experience for us and would do it again!

Wooohoo! As good as it gets! What a wonderful experience it was to travel with LX Limo. When you are in Vegas what's one of the important attributes of your trip? Of course, it's a fun transfer in a Limo! On my recent trip to Vegas, I followed my friend's recommendation and reserved a limo with LX Limo. He said that he has used their services multiple times in the past and every time he got an impeccable high quality service and overall value.

And that's exactly what I was looking for. a reputable company that understand customer's needs and provides a sub-par service. I did not want my, finally, so-long awaiting Vegas trip, to be any different than 100%! My whole experience, beginning with over the phone reservation, email correspondence, and traveling in the car was flawless.

My car arrived on-time, it was clean, and the driver was neatly dressed and waiting for me when I arrived. It was so wonderful to have my luggage carried to the car for me! I am completely satisfied with the service and would recommend LX Limo to anyone! : Bon voyage, Ulyana
