10star service! We had limo ride experiences with Kaptyn, round trip to and from the airport. professional, polite drivers and very clean, comfortable black Teslas. Drivers arrived earlier than scheduled for both legs, making sure we were picked up when ready. On our return to McCarran airport, our driver was waiting for us at baggage claim and helped us with luggage pickup! This was extremely helpful and appreciated! Highly recommend and have already booked my next ride with Kaptyn.

I pre booked a limo to pick me up at the airport. My flight itinerary changed and I notified Kaptyn with the new arrival and flight number. Upon landing at the airport my limo was not there. I called a number for Kaptyn and first was told a female driver was assigned to me then they said another named Elvis could pick me up in 8-10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and still no limo.

I ended up using the Kaptyn service at the airport since there was a limo there waiting for customers. I ended up paying that driver the fee for the service. The following day I received a bill for my original reservation. I contacted customer service and advised them of what had happened and the driver was already paid. I was told an investigation would be conducted which would take 24-72 hours and if a refund was warranted it would take 7-10 days. We'll I am currently 19 days in and no idea what's going on.

I reached out to customer service several more times and was told there was another case in front of me and that when I asked for an update that created a new case. I reached back out again for an update and this time haven't even gotten an acknowledgment from them. It seems they are just trying to blow me off and it will go away. I will never use this service again.

The fact they dropped the ball and weren't even at the airport for a confirmed reservation should've been enough to not charge me. I will commend the driver though he was polite and courteous.

We had to attend a wedding at the Las Vegas Paiute Resort, way north of town. We live in the Silverado Ranch Area, south of the airport. We made the arrangements for travel to and from the wedding venue. About $61.80 each way. Worth it because there was an open bar at the reception, so we didn't have to worry about alcohol consumption. Going there, we had Loretta as our driver.

She was prompt, polite and a safe driver. Coming home, we had Helen as our driver. Same qualities. Excellent service. We hadn't used anything but Uber in the past, but the prices were comparable for our trip. I think we might have a new source for transportation. Kaptyn uses Tesla EVs.

I Love driving for Kaptyn! I believe in showing the "Best Customer Service and Care". I drive to give my customer's impeccable service with class.

I've been using Kaptyn transportation for 5+ years and couldn't be more satisfied. The drivers are exceptional, early for pick ups, professional and courteous. They also have been very accommodating regarding last minute time changes and car sizes. Highly recommend this company.

Kaptyn went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Wendy our driver was in contact with us every step of the way and was waiting for us at our arrival. She was able to take us to a store to pick up a few necessary items and she wouldn't even let us push the cart. She made us feel so special. We were lucky enough to have her for our return trip and that was a treat to see her again. We will only use Kaptyn and request Wendy for all of our trips in Vegas. Thank you!

Much better before Kaptyn took over Presidential. I have had 2 late pickups, one double billing (we asked to stop for a soda pickup), one lost reservation and no help from Customer Service. Back to the Taxi stand for me.

Joey was the BEST limo driver we have had! He was Prompt and the limo was CLEAN and fully stocked. We arrived to dinner at the Venetian on time. We communicated via text and came back on time! We went to our next destination and then drove around Las Vegas in style. The 5 hours was well worth it! We will use Kaptyn again DEFINITELY!

I cannot tell you how pleased I was with Kaptyn. Joseph was our driver, and he was amazing! He was early (we had a 3:30 a.m. pick-up time). Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I was very skeptical after reading some of the reviews (and had booked first). But, from calling their dispatch and being comforted by their responses to me and having Joseph as our driver (had the Cadillac escalade as requested). I would book with them again in a heartbeat. Definitely 5 stars

We had to wait 10-15 minutes for a ride to our hotel. On the day of our departure, I called to confirm the time that we would be picked up. They said they would be there at 7:38pm. At 7:48pm I called the company to find out where the shuttle was. At first they said they didn't see my reservation. Then after a long wait on the phone, I was told their driver was in an accident and they sent him home for the day.

Where they just going to leave us stranded at the hotel? They said they could send a nicer car to pick us up but we would have to pay for it. Why is this okay? They obviously don't care about their customers. They said they would refund us but I have yet to receive the refund. Horrible customer service!

We waited 1/2 an hour for our ride that never came. I booked Kaptyn because we were bringing our elderly mother to Las Vegas for her birthday. Our flight had changed arrival times, but I called and confirmed the arrival time with dispatch. Our driver called me and told me he was told our flight was arriving at 8 pm instead of the normal 5 pm. I was offered 50 percent refund.

When I called back the next day (thank goodness I called), I got a full refund and then promptly cancelled my drive back to the airport. The woman I spoke with confimed she would cancel and refund the 2nd ride and of course, I had to email back again to get the full 2nd refund. There are plenty of other places to book - avoid this one!

Used Kaptyn twice in the past two days and received excellent service from two different drivers. The first night I actually got great information from one of the drivers while I was looking for the shuttle. He was so nice and helpful I asked him to give my family and I a ride to the hotel instead. It was much better than sitting on the shuttle for an hour at midnight. The drivers were awesome and making my second reservation was simple and I received immediate confirmation. I'll be using them again when I come back in the future.

This was by far the cherry on top of the best bachelorette party. So cheap and came with the best service you could ask for. On the way up the confirmation call had us laughing so much our sides hurt and the actual ride was beyond what we expected. The real MVP was Joey. This man helped 5 of us fit into oversized wedding dresses by the Vegas sign and safety pinned us shut!

Even better he haggled on the spot and professional unlimited photos for $20 by the Vegas sign with no, I repeat zero, wait in line with a huge line! Next time I'm in Vegas I will use this service and request Joey, the life of the party!

Great customer service. I had 3 reservations scheduled. I had flight delays, and other delays that I needed to update them on. Every time I called they answered right away, and were super friendly. My car was there on time all 3 times, and easy to locate. I would always receive a text from the driver, and if I had trouble locating them they were easy to call. The drivers were also very friendly. I would use them again for sure.

After getting quotes from Asterride, Luxury Limousines, Earth Limos and Elite -- Kaptyn had the best price and easiest booking for our two point to point rides. Our two drivers texted when they were on their way to our pick up and upon arrival -- making meeting up (even on the strip at 10pm) very easy. The cars were both very clean and drivers (Sherri and Paul) very personable, polite and knowledgeable.

I was a little worried after reading some reviews, especially given I was travelling with my family (ages 4-70), but they delivered 100% of what we needed at a great price! I would definitely use them again.

Good Morning, Hope all is well. I would like to share what an amazing experience we had with your Professional Driver Mr. Torrence. As I sat up front and observed his driving behaviors, I was extremely happy to see how he operates the Mercedes Benz limo with a high level of Safety, Security, and Care. We had a slight issue leaving the terminal because a vehicle was in his path of travel. Mr. Torrence, proceeded to GOAL (Get Out And Look), to get a better scope on the issue.

His speed, lane control, pedestrian awareness, mirrors checks, and scanning ahead were spot on :). As a Transportation Safety and Training Manager, I would like to end this email by recognizing Mr. Torrence for his outstanding job in getting the Reston Limousine Team safely to our destination. Well I had my hotel book me a car from here for a airport pick up. It was awesome. The lady was so friendly and helpful. She even took us to the liquor store. I asked about all the horrible reviews and she said that was the old business. I plan to use them every time I come to vegas and recommend. She met us at baggage, took my bag and escorted us to where all the limos park at air port. Great personality and on time! Thanks Wendy

Amazing experience! Very prompt, excellent communication that was consistent with all drivers! Very kind and well rounded drivers that made the trip fun and informative while getting to each destination. On our way in jimmy was the sweetest, stopped at the store for us to stock up before heading to our resort! Would travel with them anytime! 5 star experience! And.their brand new beautiful cars make it even better!

THE SHUTTLE ONLY OPERATES FROM THE AIRPORT TO YOUR HOTEL. They will then only offer a premium limo service from the hotel back to the airport. While curbside at the airport, we were given contact information for Kaptyn and told to call or visit their website to book our return trip. At no time did they inform us that only individual vehicles were available for the ride back. The shuttle was fine; the driver was very pleasant. We arrived at our hotel quickly. Wish they offered a shuttle service for the return trip.

I used Kaptyn on NYE to get to and from the strip. Everything was perfect! Our driver Noel picked us up on-time and waited for us (despite running a little behind). The Tesla was awesome! Will definitely use again!

Kaptyn is amazing. My husband and I have always had great experiences with them in Vegas. Their drivers have always been professional and on time. We absolutely love their Tesla cars! We always request Savannah as our driver because she goes above and beyond to make our experience so fun and pleasant. She's been our favorite driver in our 15 years of going to Vegas 2-3 times a year. Highly recommended. Customer service is good as well. Jennifer and David

I called and ask for an SUV for October 13,2021 for pick up at the airport and they told me they had a Escalade which I said I wanted and they charged me for the Escalade. The driver showed up and it was not an Escalade but a Suburban which really pissed me off as I did not ask for that. I also asked for transportation on the 16th to the Airport and asked for the escalade which they didn't have and they said they had a SUV tesla and that was it, so I said ok.

The driver showed up and it was not a SUV but a car. I paid for a SUV and did not get it. This is really bad service and will not use them again. I was charged for the vehicles and they did not deliver, LIES. I do not recommend this company

Kaptyn is a mess. Made our reservation a week in advance and it was confirmed. I confirmed again the day of my flight. All was good until our plane arrived in Las Vegas and I got a text saying our airport pick up was canceled. No reason given and very difficult to get through on their direct line. After a very long wait and finally talking to a human, they said they were overbooked, had no cars available and there was nothing they could do. CLICK!

I wasn't angry or disrespectful in any way, just wanted to know why, so I didn't deserve the hang up. Fortunately our concierge Angel at Cosmopolitan was able to arrange a ride for us. We use Uber and taxis frequently, but this was a special occasion and we prepaid and expected the service we paid for.

I do not recommend this company to anyone! I booked and paid for rides got confirmation and five hours later they canceled my rides so now I'm stuck trying to scramble to get a ride when you call customer service they have no solutions do not use this company ever

Awesome experience! I booked the reservation day of and they had a Tesla airport pickup available. They were very helpful on the phone and our driver Victoria was there on time and friendly. Our driver Victoria was awesome! She took us to the liquor store before dropping us off at our hotel. Overall a great experience and I would definitely use this company again.

The Kaptyn chauffeurs are very friendly and Save and knowledgeable so if you're coming into McCarran just go out door 9 or 10 and you'll find shuttle vans like this Mercedes and Tesla's all three types and stretch limousines as well as stretched Escalades
