Romantique Limousine

Car we booked for our wedding not available suddenly days prior to our wedding. "Upgraded" car without champagne for our wedding. Showed up late and went to wrong address which threw off entire wedding day's schedule. Missed taking photos at our venue prior to reception because of their carelessness. Drivers did not wear tuxedos as we were told and when we called to discuss the above, we never received a call back. Painful to even write this review. Stay away. They are full of it.

Rented the 20 passenger Navigator. Great experience! Jose was our driver and I can't say enough about him. Super cool guy. This place has great prices and great customer service. The car was clean and nice. Everyone loved it. Thankful for such a great experience! If we do this again, this place will be first on my list. If you are searching for a limo company, let me save you the hassle. Look no further. Ask for Jose and enjoy your night.

I had a birthday party with my friends and used this company for our special day.and we couldn't be more happier. We had Frank who drove us all over tge city to all places we wanted to attend, he was very professional and polite and very patient, took a lot of pictures for us. Great customer service. Limo was very nice, clean and upscale. Highly recommend.

THE BEST! I hired them for my wedding day & they went above & beyond for us. The Staff is so friendly & courteous, that it almost feels like family. They are very thorough with their knowledge on navigation and suggested places for my husband and I to take pictures in.( The pictures turned out great!) The Drivers are top notch! I ordered a limo to bring my family from Brooklyn to Staten Island to eat dinner then bring them back to Brooklyn. After picking them back up from dinner in Staten Island the limo broke down and i had to spend a extra $100 on cabs to get them back brooklyn. Not once was i offered money back or reimbursement for the extra money i had to spend. Over $600 for a one way ride and then left to find a way back on our own. I'd never use this place again. Very unprofessional and low quality limo

This is a 5 star wedding limo place. The staff in the office is very nice Louie and Andrew are top notch. They take the time to work with you all the details. The fleet is well maintained all vehicles are safe clean and the outsides of the vehicles are in great shape. The drivers are very nice and will help you with your wedding day. They are on point for all the details. From pick up to church and all in between. They seem to know were their going and are experienced drivers. I wish them continued success.

OMG I don't know where to begin, these people deserve a 10 stars especially the driver Joe Lamp who drove the 20 seater white Homer Limo at my daughter's wedding on 08-18-2018, he is the greatest guy ever he deserves a star for his exceptional work. People people I highly recommend this car Service u must use this company and try to get this driver.

I booked the classic white Cadillac for my wedding this past October. I was so excited about this car and prayed there wouldn't be any problems getting this car the day of my wedding (since it's known that these old cars often break down). My classic Cadillac arrived and I was so thrilled! The entire morning everything ran smoothly and I was very clam.

Unfortunately when it was time to get to church my entire mood changed bc of the driver I had from Romantique! It was an older gentleman whose name I don't recall. He was very unprofessional and indirectly rude! I wanted to enjoy the ride to church with my parents but this driver kept asking me questions and making snuddy remarks. Any questions involving wedding day requirements should be discussed before the wedding date!

I did not receive any calls from the company beforehand. The driver was asking if I wanted the him to roll out a runner bc if I did he needed to approve it with the priest or where I wanted to park the car, etc. Are you kidding me?! It was very unnecessary and nerve wracking. I hope no other brides has to experience this driver! Waste of my money.

I booked Romantique for my wedding and they were great. The limo driver we had, Frank, was so sweet - very professional, very kind, and really just a great limo driver. I felt confident using them and highly recommend!

When we needed a Limo for my daughter's prom and asked around for a limo, Romantique was the name that kept coming up! We are so happy with the guys at Romantique and especially the driver, Frank, who communicated with us all night and made sure my daughter and her friends had a great time! Anytime We'll ever need a Limo this will be the one we choose!

After cancelling a limo service from another questionable company, I had one month to find another for my daughter's wedding. I got in touch with Romantique Double Diamond Limos and spoke with Victoria, who was absolutely the best! She took the time to help calm my fears and suggested how to best service our needs. After several phone calls and much help from her, I settled on a 12-passenger limo and 31 passenger shuttle for our guests.

The day of the wedding the limo and shuttle arrived at all our destinations on time(even a little early!). Jerry and Frank were very professional, friendly and helpful. All felt safe and at ease with their driving abilities through the crowded streets of lower Manhattan and Fort Greene. Both vehicles were spotless and very well maintained. Thank you to all at this fine establishment for helping to make our occasion a huge success! I highly recommend Romantique Double Diamond Limos.
