Spacious, sexy, and AMAZING service. Driver arrived early and was ready for anything! Best way to celebrate our anniversary, will definitely book again and would recommend to anyone looking for a special designated driver. I booked the Escalade stretch and was not disappointed! I am a Wedding Planner and for my son's birthday, I wanted to rent a limousine to drive us around to deliver cake (since we couldn't do a "drive-by" due to Covid). I came up with this idea with less than 24 hours to go and with my regular contacts either busy or out of business, I reached out to Duke's! Sam helped me to secure exactly what I wanted very quickly and very conveniently via email and text, then his driver Anthony was better than I could have asked for.

He showed up EARLY (even for my standards), texted me that he was early and how I could find him.since I told him he was a surprise for my son). Then he was really GREAT at helping us to get to EVERY stop I had on our list (within the time we rented the limo for) and we even had 2 minutes to spare and be able to take pictures in front of it! I will happily send future clients to use Duke's and might hire them again for my older son's birthday!

Sam did a great job coordinating our limo and shuttle services for our wedding at Kualoa Ranch Secret Island on 8/1/21. The drivers were professional and drove us safely. They were also on time, which was great! The limo was clean and looks nice. Would recommend them for sure.

We arranged three trips between the airport and two hotels and found this company to be responsive to our needs. At first we booked an SUV that turned out to be too small for the 6 of us with 2 small children and 7 bags, and they provided a larger vehicle for the other two trips. Our second trip included a stop at Target to buy groceries for a week.

The drivers were on time and courteous. My only complaint is that somehow we got our home phone listed on one trip, so make sure everything is correct on their trip sheets. I would use them again.

You will find reasonable prices and name brand clothes colone, , and many other miscellaneous idems.

Highly recommend! Great service from Brandon in the lead up to our wedding and the vehicle was immaculate and comfortable for our wedding guests.

Hired Duke's on 06/24/18 for a wedding. Horrible driver and service. Not have heard from Brandon/management to date. Very disappointing, review on Yelp dated 07/02/18.

Had dukes for my wedding. I had to call and track down my driver. Who had my number and didn't call or text. The driver going to my wedding was 30 mins late. By the time we got to the venue I was so sick from the hard breaking and terrible driving.

Wonderful experience. Very new clean limo. He was early and very friendly. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I booked Duke's July 2017 for our wedding. The price was great, and they offered us military discount! They arrived on time and provided great customer service! Highly recommend!

Our limo accommodated all of us groomsmen and later, all of our bridesmaids, in comfort, class, and fun! They had no problems at all when we had to bring along all of our wedding cocktail supplies at the last minute too. Accomodating, friendly, and very welcoming, Duke's limo was the perfect way to relax into our big wedding day. Thank you Duke's!

Duke's was booked for us through our travel agency to pick us up and bring us back to the airport. The drivers both ways were very professional skilled drivers, and the limousines themselves were very comfortable. The drivers were also very timely with their arrival and pick up times.

I was skeptical at first when booking Duke's Limousine because of the mixed reviews. I can now say that I would recommend their service to anyone in need of transportation. We hired Duke's for our wedding day transportation and received fabulous service. We had a 24 passengers bus to transport our guests to the wedding ceremony location and a 12 passengers limousine for our wedding party.

The vehicles were very clean and better than I could have ever expected. I worked with Keid directly when booking and the drivers were on time and professional. Duke's is extremely affordable compared to other services on the island. You can't go wrong hiring them for your transportation needs!

Our last minute decision but BRANDON came through for us! We wanted our guests to be comfortable and safe.that's what they provided for us. Our driver Philip was so attentive and thoughtful. They worked with our budget. We really felt the island hospitality! MAHALO.

So did not have quite the fun nor professional experience promised. Came to the beautiful island of Oahu to get married. We needed a second limousine for the bridal party so we found dukes. They had good enough reviews and there cars looked nice. So I originally reserves the Chrysler 300 stretch limousine to take me and my groomsman to the beach for the wedding.

Less them 24 hours from the wedding I get a call that the A/c unit in that particular car was on the fritz so they would happily "upgrade" me to the Mercedes party van. I looked on there site and it looked amazing, lots of space and a bar area for a fun ride to the wedding. So I happily agreed to the "upgrade". So at the time of pickup the driver arrives almost 15 min late.

That I could forgive cause traffic in the area is pretty crazy. But finally when a Mercedes van does show up, the driver just pulls to the side And just sits there on his phone. After waiting another 10 min for the driver to get out he just remains in the van and we have to go tap on the window and ask if he was our driver. The name on the side of the van was labeled somethings else other then duke's so it was very confusing.

So we find out that he is our driver and he never gets out to greet us or open the door. We Have to get the door and just pile in while the driver sits on his phone. We were looking for the limo experience and the van that they sent was nothing like the photo online. Just 4 rows of seating like any other van. No bar or drinks, no way to play the radio and no way to use the climate control which the driver left the Ac on full blast and we froze for have the trip.

There were glass cups on board which would give the impression of drinks, but they were next to a big sign that said no liquids in the vehicle. So what the hell? After we left the driver never spoke to us once, stayed on his phone and went to the wrong location 3 times even though we kept yelling up that he was at the wrong place. We tried to call and let them know what we thought of their "upgrade" but they either don't answer there phone or just ask if they can call us back. Needless to say we will never be using there services again. For all that do be weary of the upgrade.

I honestly don't know why this place has a 4 star average review. I wish I could give this place a 0 star. My husband and I wanted a nice limo to take us to our wedding and we reserved the crysler 300. The day before our wedding they call and tell us the air conditioner broke in that one and that they would upgrade us to a party bus. We were like yeah! Awesome!

Do it! The bus that picked they guys up wasn't a party bus but rather a shuttle with dark Windows. No drinks in the van, no complimentary champagne (which usually comes with a limo for a wedding) no music.literally just leather seats and silence. The driver didn't even get out of the car to call his name, they had to walk up to the window and knock on it to get his attention.

The driver didn't speak any English and didn't even know where he was going and took them to the wrong location. I'm sorry but for $500 this was a total rip off. I called them to complain and they said they would look into it and call me back in a few but they never called back. This company is ridiculous. Don't book with them.

If you ever find yourself on Oahu and in need of a limo with an excellent driver, then I suggest calling Dukes and requesting Keoki as your driver. Everything was perfect for our drive around the island. We couldn't have asked for more. 6 stars if I could.

I called for availability and pricing information, the guy on the phone didn't know very much off hand and didnt make me feel very welcome or like they even wanted my buisness. I told them i would call back after i verified some information. I called back and was asking about a different vehicle and the guy on the phone said, "i just stepped outside and it's windy, can i call you back in a half hour".? I just hung up the phone! I was trying to rent 3 Navigators, this guys SUCKS and just lost there buisness ALOT of money!

Duke's brought our family wedding party from Waikiki to Kualoa Ranch out in Kaneohe and then back. Our wedding planner booked them for us, so we didn't personally interact with them during the booking process, but they were polite and courteous, and they got us there on time. The limousine itself was also very nice - clean and stocked with ice-cold water for us.

The only reason I didn't give them a full five stars is because they didn't call me when they got here - we had to wander down to the street and look for them, which is a bit awkward in a wedding gown!
