After a career in public safety as a Captain of the Honolulu Fire Department, I founded Elite Limousine Service to address the needs of a growing tourism industry in my Island State. Hawaii hosts many meetings and special events requiring transportation and coordination of logistical arrangements at higher than average levels.

How far is it from the airport to Waikiki? Honolulu International Airport to Waikiki or the reverse is approximately 10 miles, and the trip usually takes approximately 30 minutes. How will I know you're here to pick me up? Our Elite passengers are met in the airport terminal by an Elite Staff member displaying your name on a placard sign. Do we receive a flower lei? Yes, we can provide a traditional Hawaiian lei greeting upon request for an additional charge.

We used Elite for our transfer to Norwegian Cruise Line. They handled our special needs for a disabled family member. On our return we hired them to take us on a three hour tour of the Island. Tony was our driver and tour guide. What a great experience. When we arrived at the airport he went inside and arranged for a wheelchair and a luggage handler. Awesome service! Friendly! Professional! I highly recommend them!

We called Elite Service when we moved to Oahu in the middle of 2020 when everything was locked down. We needed to get from HNL to the NS. The driver arrived on-time to the airport with an Escalade to fit us, our two large pet kennels and all our luggage. He met us by the animal quarantine location as requested. From the time we called to make arrangements to drop off was extremely professional, Covid-Safe, and reliable. We will use them again should we ever need a sedan service in the future! My family utilized Elite Town Car Service during the 4th of July holiday 2021. Gary was professional and detailed in arranging our travel from HNL to the Sheraton Waikiki. Information was very detailed, we always felt like we knew exactly where to go after baggage claim and when our car would get my family. Nicole was our driver. We were fortunate enough that she drove us from the airport to our hotel and when our vacation ended back to the airport. Nicole is top notch. Elite made our trip a very peaceful part of a great vacation. Thank you Elite, we enjoyed and appreciated your professionalism and courtesy.

Extremely pleased I chose Elite Town Car Service. Booking was relatively easy, the prices were competitive, the drivers showed up early to each pickup time, the drivers were very skilled and professional, and the cars were very well maintained. They even let us advance our pickup time on the return trip on short notice, clearly showing they were again on track for an early arrival. Definitely going to be using Elite Town Car for all my future trips.
