Jay's Limousine Service

We have been using Jay's Limousine for almost 20 years. They continue to provide exceptional service, so every time we come to Honolulu from the the mainland, I book either a pick-up from the airport or shopping or a trip up to the North Shore. We are on the Island now, and Lee picked us up from the airport. As usual he was waiting at the baggage claim. Friday morning, we are being picked up to go to the North Shore for Shrimp and then shopping. I highly recommend Jay's Limousine Service. Thank you, Karen Humphrey

We highly recommend Jay's Limousine Service. After enjoying their services for two Bruno Mars concerts with our friends and family, we are happy to use them again. Next is the Eagles concert using their beautiful Cadillac Escalade limousine. They are reliable and provide good communication. Both drivers were professional and very friendly and accommodating.

This company is amazing. I needed a last minute limo service on Saturday for my daughter and her friends to go from Mililani to pearl city. I had called three other companies first. The first company quoted me almost double what jay did and the second company didn't answer when I called twice. I am so glad that I found this company because the service was spectacular! Jay answered himself and made it work.

He quoted me a very fair quote and was able to process everything right away. He even asked what the occasion was and made sure he knew my daughters name. The driver's name was Lee. Lee was amazing. He ended up ringing the door bell and asking for my daughter as he knew it was a surprise. He allowed the girls to listen to any music and even let them use the champagne glasses to drink bottled water. It was too cute. After karaoke he was right on time and always helped the girls in and out of the limo. Thank you so much for such a memorable event

I reserved a limo for my son's wedding. Very satisfied with Mr. Lee! He showed us some great tourist places and gave us background stories. He was professional, engaging, and funny. We all loved our limo ride rhat we requested an extra hour of tour. I highly recommend, for service and price

When I first looked into this place and booked a "luxury SUV" for my husbands birthday I was very satisfied with the customer service and rate. However when the vehicle showed up at pickup time one headlight wasn't working, the check engine light was on and the vehicle was really outdated. I immediately called and spoke to the owner Jay and was told I would receive a FULL refund.

It has been over a week and every time my husband or I call we to get a status we are getting dogged and said we will receive a call back. I am very upset cause not only did this ruin my plans for his big birthday surprise I have not received my funds. I have even went as far as calling my bank to see if funds were pending. I am very dissatisfied with the service and do not recommend this company to anyone. Let's see how long it takes to receive my refund.

Mr. Lee at Jay's limo is the best. They allow you to make your own tour. Tell them the places you want to see and eat and they will bring your there with no problem. Mr. Lee suggested the best places and knows all the history of Hawaii. He took us to the best side road fruit, coconut, and best fried banana lumpia just like grandma my grades used to fry. Mr Lee took us to the best shrimp place "Fumi." This place way way better than Giovanni. Thanks mr Lee and Jay's limo for a great experience of Hawaii.

Jay's limo came and took my wife and I downtown for our wedding anniversary. Vinny our driver was very friendly and new the town well he also drove us around to look at Christmas lights We left a bag in the car and jay brought it back to us a couple days later. The only reason I gave them 4 vice 5 is the car could use some updating.

We have been a loyal customer of Jay's Limousine Service for over 8 years now, and always look forward to seeing them. They are reliable, on-time, professional, and fun to deal with! When calling to make a reservation I often speak to the big boss Jay himself, and we even make requests for specific drivers (which they usually accommodate). Vinny is one of our favorite drivers because he so funny and always makes us laugh. Jay's Limousine is a quality local business that treats it's customers very well, especially it's kama'aina. We hired jay for a round trip transportation from airport to hotel. The first limo was very old and dirty. It has no a/c and window does not go down on the hottest day on the island. They offered not to charge us for this trip and promised a better car for our return trip. Today car was much better, still an old car but cleaner and the a/c did worked fine. I think all their cars are old. Service is not all that but the price was good.

Last Saturday May 23, I hired Jay's Limo to take my sister, brother-in-law and i for a tour of Oahu. Mike our driver was on time, early actually, and gave us a great tour. Mike was very knowledgeable, funny, courteous and helpful. He knew the places to go especially for photo ops. After some of the reviews I was worried about using Jay's.

They have the best prices. The limo was a bit old on the roof but everything else was very clean. I highly recommend this company especially their driver Mike. Thanks Mike! Aloha

HUGE SCAM- AVOID AT ALL COSTS! While on our honeymoon, we used Jay's limousine service twice. Although I payed cash both times, my credit card (which they required to hold the reservation) was charged $77. I called the limousine service and they agreed to reverse the charge, however never did! Still dealing with this months later. It should have been a red flag to me when upon booking, no one but the owner could give me a price or any details about the reservation.

The owner threatened to charge more than the cost of one ride if the reservation was cancelled. He also was insisting that we pay up fornt for BOTH rides. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!

NEVER USING JAYS LIMO AGAIN! I booked jays after looking online and checking out the website. Looked good and prices was very reasonable, keep in mind I was booking for the most important day of my LIFE, my wedding day! I was appalled by the limo that showed up to pickup the guys, we got there SUV limo and the limo was dirty, and rusty in and around the kick panels the interior was horrible carpet wasn't even vacuumed and there was a juice can with the straw still in side the cup holder behind the at the very back seat!

Not only that but the driver shows up and the pants he has on is dirty all over his knees like he was kneeling in dirty before picking us up! My wife's limo was just as bad and the A/C ONLY BLEW HOT AIR, kind of like the company! Just bummed that a company would send a limo in such poor condition and on my wedding day! Totally not exceptable!

Jay's limousine service was reliable, even though I had a complicated schedule with pickups at three locations, the driver did well, and we arrived everywhere we needed to be on time during the wedding, a little sightseeing, and afterward at the reception. I pre-paid for 8 hours and went 0.5 hours over and was charged for a full extra hour. The Ford Expedition limousine that we had was outdated (upholstery was old, frayed, and not new-looking; the mirrored ceiling had not been cleaned.

The ride was jarring, especially when we went over a curb. If you're looking for a reliable ride at a somewhat reasonable price but don't need top-notch quality (shiny new limo), this one's fine. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Jay's Limo is a reliable, inexpensive, and friendly company. The only downfall is that their limousines are outdated. If you are ok with a limo that is old, everything else was top notch. I made the reservation via telephone and didn't have any problems. Jay is always available to answer questions. You can bring your own alcohol in the limo.

I think our driver's name was Dewayne. He was incredibly nice and helpful. It made the whole experience even better. He never rushed us and was super friendly. He's a great asset to the company. Overall, 5 stars for service! Minus one star for the old limo. Would definitely do business with again!

First time I'm writing a review. We booked Jay's for a Girls night out for a birthday celebration. Jay called the day of the event and confirmed our booking, provided details of our driver, then told me he's upgrading to a SUV Limo! Yayers! Our driver Vinny was Awesome! (reason for 5 stars) very professional & accommodating with us 8 ladies. I would recommend using Jay's again.

Jay's Limo has some good and bad things. Jay was very accommodating and the price isn't too bad. They came in a timely manner too. We had Lee as our limo driver from the house to the church. He was professional and friendly to us. He didn't rush us or anything. We originally paid for a 10-seater suv limo but got a 16-seater. We were excited because we were actually able to fit everyone.it was great at first but from the church to the reception place, the A/C was broken. Lee tried to fix it and offered another limo to come and pick us up but we said it was ok because it would have taken an extra hour.

Also something in the limo fell apart and my groomsmen just pushed it back in. I really wasn't too mad about it because we got from Point A to Point B safely and that's all that mattered to me. After the reception, we also hired Jay for a sedan to bring us to our rental house. I can't remember the driver's name but he was great! Again, we got an upgrade from sedan to SUV and this time it was worth it!

It made up for the suv limo. Again, our driver was great.he was pretty fun too! If you really don't mind all the small things, Jay's Limo Service is worth hiring. The price is the best all around and the drivers are pretty good. If they are late, it just because Hawaii has traffic all the time, don't sweat it! Thanks to Jay and his drivers for safely driving us around during our wedding day! :D

I hired Jay's Limousine service for our wedding day. They promptly picked the bridal party and I up at the hotel and dropped us off at the chapel. Jeff was our driver and called me to make sure our meeting place was set 10 mins prior to the time we were supposed to meet us. He was friendly and had everything ready for us. After dropping us off, he went back to the hotel and got the guys and brought them to the chapel.

During the ceremony, he patiently waited for our party and then took all of us to the reception. He was professional and courteous. The limo however was a little outdated, but still clean. He offered us bottled waters. You can bring your own alcohol into the limo, but we were too busy and forgot to bring ours. I'd hire them again if I ever have a big event.

Excellent service and great price. I'm so glad I went with Jay's Limo service instead of a different company to drive my wedding party to our ceremony. To begin, when I reserved the cars, I was thinking that I needed 2 limos (one to pick up the groom and one for the bride) but they would be at different times. When I spoke with Jay, he helped me figure out that I really only needed one limo.

He would have the limo pick up the ladies, drop them off and then go pick up the men and bring them to the ceremony. At first I was a bit skeptical since if they were late for one pick up the second pick up would be late too, but I decided to go for it since there was some elbow room in our timeline and it would be half the price for one limo only.

Our driver (I believe his name was Norman) arrived 5 minutes before our scheduled time and we were out the door. Even though there was a lot of traffic on the way to the venue due to a rodeo at Kualoa Ranch we made it in good time. I wanted a specific CD to be playing when my fiance and his groomsmen got in the limo and Norman was nice enough to make sure that was playing when the guys got in. I'm sure they battled traffic on the way back, but they made it with plenty of time to spare. I would definitely use their service again!

We rented the excursion out for our bachelor/bachelorette party. We planned for 16 people so we booked the stretch excursion. We ended up having 13, thank goodness or else it would have been ridiculously crowded. I think 10-12 MAX for these limos even though they advertise up to 16. (Yeah, if you don't mind being on top of each other) The limo wasn't even very nice on the outside, then the doors opened. definitely not as desribed.

They talk about "laser light show" "hard wood dance floors" yeah. okay. They didn't even exist. The carpets were stained. cup holders broken. The stereo system wasn't very up to date, you could plug up to an iphone but then you have a cord hanging right in front of your face. The only good thing about this business was the service, it was absolutely excellent.

Driver was prompt, polite, extremely helpful and friendly. Since the price is the same as other companies, I think we'll definitely go with another company for the wedding.

How would you feel if you were stranded 30 minutes before your wedding ceremony? You might expect the limousine service that you had hired and paid for to either show up or find another company to pick you and your bridesmaids up and take you to your waiting groom. Not with this company. 30 minutes before my wedding ceremony, I was smiling for pictures with my bridesmaids and recieved a phone call that my reserved limousine would not make it.

Not only did I not have a ride to my own wedding, but I had to find my own transportation and all Jay's company would do was refund my money. and not for 30 days! I just can't believe that a company would do this to a person. I would NOT recommend working with this company, especially for something as important as your wedding.

Used Jays for Airport Pick-up and Return. Made reservations from the mainland, they were responsive, couldn't get other services to call me back. I ordered a Sedan both ways. Received a Limo for Pick-Up and a Navigator for return. (Charged the original price). Both Drivers really friendly. GF loved the limo, and the navigator.
