This used to be a great service. If you needed a car there at a specific time it was the best, post a party, after a concert etc Now it just is horrid. Any busy event you book it for they call you ten minutes before pick up and say very delayed and no eta. It's just not what it was and is not good to use any more. It has changed

More than prompt, our driver arrived early for an early weekend morning drive only booked online the night before. Great service, excellent driving, polite, clean car and a very reasonable price. Highly recommend! Disclaimer: Carmel Limo is providing me a $10 credit as a reward for my review, but this is my legitimate opinion and not influenced by the incentive.

I will ALWAYS use Carmel car service. It was so easy to make a reservation, it was the cheapest around and the service was EXCELLENT.! Driver was on time, and the they send you what your car and driver looks like right before pick up. Pick up at JFK could not have been easier with Carmel Car service. I sent them a message I got my bags and there they were waiting to pick me up. They track your flight so they know when you have touched down. AWESOME car service.
