Today is 12//11/21 I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. If you use this service and get in a accident you will have a problem. In the process of filing a complaint against the owner George Anderson and the company I found out that the company is no longer licensed with TLC and has not been licensed for several months but still operating from his apartment. SO weather you drive for the company or ride as a passenger and get in a accident you will have a major problem. Lic: B02054

I couldn't not write a great review after receiving such great service. Not joking, went through 2-3 vendors this last week and Regal was not only very professional, they answer right away and you're not waiting for an operator. The staff is very lovely, and huge shoutout to George who helped us with a number of our transport needs. Regal Carriage, we'll definitely be back in touch and I'll be singing your praises. Thanks for making transpo through NY much smoother.

Used these guys few times for airport pick ups and in town, so far had a very pleasant experience. On time pick ups, nice clean cars, and responsive customer service team. Were able to get receipts for my work reimburesement through the website. Nice iPhone app and functional site. What more can you ask from. Highly recommend!

I am writing this review from inside my luxury car that I booked from JFK to Manhattan. This is probably the second NYC trip using them after being disgusted by one of the "other guys." Regal is easy to book, prompt and the cars are gorgeous. My only hiccup this trip was the guy wasn't standing with the other drivers right when you enter baggage claim so I had a momentary panic but then I saw him positioned down a bit (and in a better spot to get my bag and go) so all good. Would not go with any other company.

Was pleased with our recent experience, both pickup and drop off from/to La Guardia Airport. Both of our drivers were prompt from the time we arrived at baggage claim to be greeted and checkout time at the hotel. The parking at the airport was a bit of ways to walk to but it wasn't too bad and that's not the driver's fault. I originally arranged for a Town Car but instead we got an Escalade, so that was awesome.
The traffic was a bit bad but hey, that's the city for ya. We got to our hotel safely so that's what matters. The ride back to the airport was much quicker since it was after rush hour in the morning. I changed the pickup time by 30 minutes earlier and the response through email was quick and the staff who made the reservations by phone were pleasant to work with as well.

Took a taxi last Wednesday in pouring rain and terrible traffic from LGA to midtown Manhattan and I thought to myself "there is no way I do this again when I leave!" So I looked up on Yelp and found Regal Carriage. Reservation was easy and an email confirmation arrived soon after I hung up the phone. This morning, a text came half an hour before the scheduled time notifying driver was early and was on location!
I was in the lobby anyway. Ride was smooth, driver was friendly, and it took only half an hour from midtown to JFK! I couldn't be happier. I will definitely use them again for my next trip to the Big Apple.

Excellent Service! I booked for a Luxury SUV (it was really luxury!) Pick Up and Drop Off at JFK Airport and Westin Hotel at Times Square, on 3/24 and 3/27. Our Chauffeur, WALTER, is very professional, very nice and so patient to wait for us at the airport, since our flight from West Palm Beach, Florida was delayed for 1 hour. We were greeted at the baggage claim area with a smile when we arrived.
Even if Walter was a little bit behind with his schedule because of the delay of our flight, he was still very gracious and was happy to have a very pleasant conversation with us while we were on our way to the hotel. Even my 13 yr old nephew said that Walter is very nice. So we decided to request for him to drop us off at the airport on the day we went home. Overall, I am very, very satisfied with the service of Regal Carriage.
The price is very reasonable for the excellent service they provide. Me and my family will always use Regal Carriage for transportation service when we visit New York. And WALTER, you rock! You did a wonderful job!

We used these guys for a work event where we had to ferry a VIP downtown, and it couldn't have been easier. We were able to arrange pickup, pay on our credit card, and have the driver plan for a pickup even though we didn't know when exactly the VIP would be available. What's more, when I spoke to the guy on the phone to make my reservation, I told him I wasn't sure where the stage door was.
Not only did he double-check with me by email to make sure he had the right address, he looked on Google Photos to confirm that the driver would go to the right place. Talk about customer service! In short, couldn't be happier; we'll use them for all of our events now.

Regal picked up my family at JFK when we were returning late on a Friday evening from a trip to Florida. The service was excellent - the car was clean and comfortable and the driver was polite and attentive. Our flight was delayed over 2 hours, due to bad weather, and we didn't arrive until well past midnight, so we were particularly appreciative that the driver was waiting nearby, ready to pick us up as soon as we were ready with our baggage. Great service, I will definitely use them again.

Wow! I visited New York this past weekend with 8 of my coworkers. We were pressed for time between two of our planned events so we booked Regal to transport us from the 9/11 Memorial to the Theater district. They were wonderful to work with from the booking process to the pick-up. The customer service professional who took my call was polite and knowledgeable and the SUVs that we reserved to pick us up were a little ahead of schedule.
A couple of members of my party got lost and the drivers waited 10 minutes after our scheduled departure with smiling faces. They got us to our destination safely and quickly. Great Service! Thanks., Regal!

We booked a limo last minute for our wedding. We needed to be driven around lower Manhattan for a couple hours while we were taking some wedding photos. I was expecting a basic, clean limo, no more. We got a little less I'm afraid. One of the seats was broken and you couldn't sit on it properly. Unfortunately I was concerned my wedding dress was going to get dirty because the limo didn't feel particularly well cared for/clean.
The driver was very nice and patient, but he didn't really seem to know his way around Manhattan very well. We had to give him lots of directions. Given this was a spur of the moment reservation, I guess it was OK, but I don't think any of this should have been given a second thought. The absolute worst part about this company is their billing and customer service.
My father wanted to pay for the limo, but he had to go through a process in order to get his credit card pre-authorized. It was a hassle, and after all of it, they ended up charging my credit card which is what I asked them NOT to do. In addition to that, they overcharged my credit card for an additional hour we didn't use. I spoke to Sal, the manager, as soon as I received my email receipt and he said he would credit my card back and was very sorry for the error.
I would have been satisfied except for the fact that it's over a month later and I still haven't gotten my credit back. I called two more times and emailed, and was told I would receive the email receipt showing the credit. I still have not received this email. Bottom line, if you're looking for a clean, honest and hassle free experience, please use a different limo company. There are plenty of them in NYC!

I used Regal for my wedding in the summer of 2013. Not only were their prices the most reasonable and consistent of everyone I researched, but they even upgraded all my vehicles from town cars to Mercedes and Cadillacs for free because they weren't booked elsewhere for the same price! Their drivers were very professional and courteous, the vehicles were immaculate and because I pre-paid there was absolutely zero hassle when I got to my final destination.they simply dropped us off, said congratulations and were on their way!
I am not easily impressed, especially when I'm spending a lot of money on something, I expect to get what I paid for, but I was thoroughly pleased with this car service. Awesome service.

This is part two of my review. The first dealt with booking the service and this one deals with the service itself. It was, in a word, fantastic. We had arrived at La Guardia and followed the very clear instructions Kendra had given us for curbside pick-up. Our driver, Rohan, showed up almost immediately and drove us into Manhattan in a way that did not have us hanging on for dear life.
He was friendly and safe. He dropped is off to take care of some business and waited a couple of hours and then picked us up to go to the hotel. When it came time to pay the bill, it was actually a little less than what I was quoted for hourly service. I would definitely recommend Regal Carriage and I would use them again.

I followed yelp recommendations when selecting this car service and was not led astray. The drivers were on-time, polite, and safe behind the wheel. I had a complex set of reservations for myself and others in my party; they handled everything flawlessly. This is the best experience I have had with a car service in NYC.

CATASTROPHIC AND EMBARRASSING! After reading reviews for Regal and several other car services, and calling for estimates, I settled on Regal because they sounded the most professional on the phone, and their rates were competitive. I was getting the info for arranging a car pickup for a celebrity to be honored at a benefit. The man who answered the phone said they needed someone to fill out forms and send them with a stat of a credit card, front and back, and a photo ID before it could be processed.
I forwarded this info to the benefit's treasurer. He called later and was told they needed an IMPRINT of a credit card, so he schlepped to the venue to have his card processed upon the car's arrival. Imagine his (and my) horror when we learned the driver had told our guest of honor that he had to pay CASH for the ride! It was so embarrassing! NEVER AGAIN! IF I COULD, I WOULD GIVE REGAL NO STARS!

After reading the reviews on Yelp, we decided to call Regal to get a quote for transportation on our wedding day. Not only were we ordering cars for ourselves but we were ordering cars for some of our guests as well. Five minutes on the phone with Sal and I knew he was the right guy for the job. There were multiple pick-ups and drop-offs at different locations and at different times so the schedule was a bit complicated but he got it right away.
Within minutes, all the reservations were done and I received all my email confirmation immediately. Sal was extremely professional, helpful and understood my budget. Overall, the booking over the phone was super easy. The two cars we ordered for ourselves were in pristine condition and came five minutes early. Our drivers were friendly, courteous and well-dressed.
And the ride was extremely comfortable. We had to change some of the reservations the day of and the dispatchers at Regal were very accommodating and flexible. All in all, we ordered about 12 cars in total that day and the consensus was the same. All of our guests had the same experience as us and would use Regal again. The whole experience was a dream and I highly recommend Regal.

I originally read about this service here on Yelp and decided to give it a try after my company had several horrible experiences with another service. We usually call them directly (not using the online service) and every time I call, it is efficient and professional. The drivers are equally professional and well-dressed, and are always on time, if not early. (barring some circumstances beyond their control).
The cars are impeccably clean and the drivers very friendly. I am very happy with my decision to make the change to Regal -- they are consummate professionals and my company's visitors and managers alike are happy to use them. Most recently, I had an unexpected change in schedule due to crazy plane problems and they were completely flexible to accommodate me. I love these guys!

I had an excellent experience when using Regal Carriage car service. I called to order an SUV and my order was taken down in a professional manner and immediately I felt at ease. So a definite star for client services/reservations. Our driver arrived promptly and was ready to assist all of us to the vehicle (including holding the umbrellas while we all hustled under the rain to get into the car.
Another star for our driver Walter (Client services). The car was clean and with full amenities and the ride was smooth - another star for the vehicle condition. After our evening was over we called our driver again and he quickly came to pick us up. (A star for timeliness) One we were done with our service we didn't even need to deal with cash as they accept credit cards, making the process seamless. You guessed it.a star for convenience.
