Wasn't a passenger, but witnessed a driver in Toyota Highlander (plate: 252 Dial) cut across 4 lanes of highway traffic cutting me off by mere inches. I'd keep track of how your drivers are doing a bit closer because he almost wrecked your $40,000 vehicle.

This company is sketchy on waiting time charges. The President of this company is a rude, and shallow. Avoid using Dial Car in any and every way possible. If they show up, they will overcharge!

I work for a prestigious law firm who uses Dial on a regular basis. Starting with the nasty operators who have to ask you 10 times what is name is because they are either sleeping, to the drivers who either smell or start taking you in another direction because the operator typed the wrong destination. Also when you call the customer service and if they feel like calling you back there is still no resolution. Even the President seems like he does not care and is very rude and abrupt. I will suggest to my company to switch car service. AVOID USING.

Car service does not know how to honor your request. When you specifically ask them NOT to send a car, they do so anyway although you request a car hours in advance. Then, making it seem like it's your problem not theirs. Very unprofessional.

Dial Car has continually gone down hill especially this past year. They are never on time and will act laxidasical when you're standing in front of your hotel missing your flight waiting on a car you booked a week ago. The good ratings / reviews are all current are fake Maybe they would have cars and would be able to salvage their business if the drivers didn't have to bribe dispatch and management for good jobs.
