They have been my "go to" car service for almost 15 years, never fail to perform! Have used them for business and pleasure. Concerts, special occasions and trips to the airport! Always on time and courteous. They are always just right.chatty when you want and quiet when you don't. Chuck or Gary are always there!

We needed a limo to take us from Orange County to LAX for an international flight on April 17th. I sent an email to California Coast Limo asking for one on May 17th (note the month), which was immediately confirmed. When the time came on April 17, no limo had arrived so I called Gary. He reminded me that my booking was exactly one month away, and not to worry.
After having a near fatal heart attack over my blunder, I asked what he could do. He said he didn't have one immediately available in my area but would see what he could do. Five minutes later, he called and said he had one on the way through an affiliate, and I should be ready in 45 minutes. The limo arrived exactly as he said, and we made our flight with time to spare.
He even handled the payment as if nothing had gone wrong. To say this was beyond the call of duty would be a gross understatement! He turned a monumental screwup on my part into a non-event. I can't see enough about the extraordinary customer service we received. Thanks, again, Gary!

I have now used All Starz Limos for about 6 rides and will continue to use them as long as I can, the booking process is fast and easy and every time I need a ride they are always there for me. The cars this company has are always spacious and clean. I feel like a million bucks when I am inside any of them. The drivers are friendly and very educated, they always help me with my bags when I get in and out of the car. I highly recommend

Always helpful, always professional, always reliable, and always on time. I have been booking executives for both business and personal transportation for 2 years now with California Coast. I have never had an issue. They have excellent drivers, and excellent vehicles. Customer satisfaction is always top priority.

I book a lot of ground transportation for the executives at the company I work for. and I always use California Coast Limo. Chuck is always professional, responsive and polite and California Coast always delivers on our expectations. Making and changing reservations with them is very easy and i recieve an email with confirmation of trips within minutes of making them.
And I always recieve an emailed receipt shortly after the trip is complete. California Coast is always on time and always professional. I would highly recommend them for your ground transportation needs.

After using this company for a year their quality of service went from 5+ to this. A lot of " human errors" started happening. A rude driver who would NOT get the cart for the luggage and take them to the car and almost got us into an accident, booking errors, drivers that smell like an ash tray and finally the ZERO accountability. They are expensive, only supply you with free mini water.

Talk about quality service! I came across this company online. The person on the phone was kind and really seemed to care about was I was looking for, he was patient and really took the time to answer all my questions. I ended up placing my reservation with them and was not disappointed! I will definitely be using these guys for future events!
