My friend's experience with this transporation company was nothing short of terrible. Though under the law, they don't have to completely cover her losses, they SHOULD. Everyone in the van knew what happened: the driver didn't secure the door properly. Crystal Limo should absolutely cover ALL of her losses due to their negligence. This once in a lifetime trip was ruined as a result of this experience and the images on the camera cannot be recovered without using special services to retrieve the data. This work is estimated at $500. This never would have happened if the driver had done his job. Shame on you, Crystal Limousine & Tours!

If you are looking for a less expensive option Crystal Limousines may be it, however, don't expect what you pay for. Booked a specific vehicle, had photos sent to ensure I knew what I was getting as it was for an office event, unfortunately, a different vehicle showed up. Driver was very good, car was not (broken TV, one of the air vent for the air conditioning was missing so the back was too warm, front of radio control fell off). It will get you from place to place, but don't expect much.

I haven't rented a limo in a long time so I was a little skeptical about going with a company I didn't know about. I had a friend who had a really bad experience with "Majestic Limo" so I didn't want the same thing to happen to me. I had a great experience with this company starting with the receptionist "Sarah Costanzo." She was very easy to work with and made me feel very comfortable about what to expect.
The limo also arrived on time and the driver "Ronnie" was excellent. He was very patient with us and even brought some CD's for us. Thank you for the great experience. I look for forward to booking my next limo with you.

THE WORST TRANSPORTATION COMPANY! If I could give negative stars, I would have selected that. PLEASE BE WARNED that this company is not professional. They are irresponsible, non-responsive, and rude. They were the closest thing to ruining my wedding. My wedding guests were supposed to be shuttled in from a parking lot to a wedding site. Guess what?
The didn't perform their services because all of their drivers showed up late, after the ceremony. And, they still refuse to pay me back for the fees although they completely missed the boat. They claim that their was a lot of traffic that day and their drivers were lost, but all the other guests apparently were able to make it to the wedding, but not them.
My own guests started substituting in as drivers to shuttle guests back and forth. They are a transportation company too, so aren't they supposed to know how to get to places? I got a lot of compliments about other aspects of my wedding, but it just pains me to hear when people comment about the missing shuttle driver. I completely regret hiring this company.
I still have yet to receive any apology from them as they do not want to admit any fault, because they want to keep my money. This is not a company that should be in the wedding business, when so much is invested on a special day as this company cannot be relied on.

Wow. It sucks what happened to the other girl. But I had a completely different experience with Crystal. My friend contacted the company to drive us around in May for our other friend's bachelorette party. DJ, our driver showed up on time and was ready for whatever we had in store for him. Poor guy. Needless to say, the night got a little crazy.
But DJ was absolutely fantastic. My friend even left her camera in the limo after he dropped us off, and he made sure to meet up with her the next day so she could get it back. He was the sweetest guy. Next time I need a limo, this is the only person I'm going to call. Thanks, DJ!
