We have used them for a bachelorette, wedding and most recently my husbands birthday. Every time they were on time, communication was always great. Amazing service. All through emails but answers every question fast and efficiently. Driver was Billy and he was great. Pickup up time I gave was off a bit we were at a show and it ended 15 minutes later than I estimated. Texted billy and he said no worries. Waited for us. I would definitely use this service again. Excellent service. The car was immaculate and my two pre teen grand daughters loved that they could play their music in the car. What a great company.

We had a fantastic experience booking a birthday limo through Global Limos. Sheena was incredibly patient and knowledgeable when I had questions and was prompt to book and confirm everything for me. Our driver, Giovanni was prompt, professional and had excellent communication throughout the evening. Everything went off without a hitch. Our ride was extremely comfortable and worth every penny. Hired this company for 38 kids for a high school dance. They charged a fortune, demanded CASH to the driver, and then DIDN'T SHOW UP! Nonchalantly called to say "running late." When asked how late, the driver responded, "forty minutes"! Meanwhile, the kids had dinner reservations and a cut-off time to arrive at the dance. Then to make matters worse, they wouldn't refund any of the money they charged! Rude, and unprofessional. Don't know how they are still in business.
