Whoever drives a black van with this company prefers to cut people off. Dude almost caused an accident

I scheduled a pickup for a 515 flight. Not only did the cab never show up, nobody picked up the phone for the 20 minutes I spent calling the company. Emails also were not acknowledged or answered. Needless to say, we missed our flight.

Taxi did not show up despite reservation made the prior night. Phone calls went to voice mail. After 30 minutes, call went through to dispatcher who said she was sorry. Had to catch a flight causing delays.

This was our first time using City Cabs & Limo and will Definitely use next time visiting DC. There were four of us and they were prompt picking us up at the airport in a spotless Lincoln Navigator. The driver (sorry I don't remember his name) was professionally dressed in driver uniform and top notch driver. We had a pickup scheduled for 2:30 am on return flight the next week and he assured us 4:00 am pickup would be more appropriate.

He texted and showed up right on time at 4:00 am and it was a quick, hassle free trip. Was only charged $65 from Dulles Airport to Hyatt in Arlington, VA. We did give generous tip because it was a 30 minute trip. So much better than chancing it with a stinky taxi cab.

NEVER AGAIN. Reserved a 5:30 AM pickup for a ride to Dulles. I called at 5:33 as the only other time I used them they were late. Helloooo? My destination is the airport - I have a plane to catch. The dispatcher who I could barely understand told me the driver overslept and wasnt even in transit yet. No apology - NADA. Luckily I called when I did because I still had time to drive myself and park. BUYERS/TRAVELLERS BEWARE of this company.

This is number one taxi service in Northern Virginia area. Key features are : 24 hour service anytime, Big Limousine for each and every trip, Great customer service, Charge very less compare to other cabs and most Importantly always on time or 15 mins before. Recommended for everyone. I love their service and has been using from the past 5 years.

We had a very positive experience with City Cab and Limo. They were on time, nice and the price was competitive. The vehicle was clean and the driver was courteous and safe. I just recommended this company to a friend who is traveling with 5 other people to the airport and the price could not be beat! Highly recommend!

I've had good experiences here but my last one was.my last. Called City Cab and Limo a few hours before my flight and requested a pick up at the airport. Arrived at airport with no clue where to find them. Called CC&L back, put on hold a long time. A person speaking broken/no English answers and I let them know I've arrived. She says "ok" and hangs up before I even have a chance to continue to talking, asking where the driver is, etc.

I call back, put on hold again for 10 min while a recording says they are trying to locate a person. finally.sent to voicemail. No cab pickup. No show. They didnt even call back. Thanks CC&L for wasting 20 minutes and leaving me without a ride when I'm exhausted after travellng!

Excellent company I liked their vehicles. This company serve anytime doesn't matter you are calling at late night or early morning. That's what I liked the most.

I experienced this company is best among all, they charge me $14 from herndon va to Dulles airport va, moreover they pick me on time always, I am using their service from last 2 years.

Surprised that I'm the first to rate this company. Reserved a round-trip Burke to IAD on-line the day before travel. Confirmation email came back in less than 5 minutes. Driver arrived 10 min early in Navigator for trip to airport. Our flight returned early, and they were very responsive, this time with a Town Car. Drivers in both directions were great people. Vehicles were clean and in good condition. Cost was $50.50 each way, plus tip -- about $15 less than advertised by other companies.

Last Sunday, I called City Cab and Limo to take me to the airport. A few minutes before the pick up time, the driver called and said he couldn't find my place. I gave him the address again and he said his GPS couldn't find the address. I suspect he's using a very old map for his GPS. I ended up driving to the airport and having to park there. Fortunately, I found a space and made my flight. But I wouldn't trust them with taking me to the airport again. That's what you get for using a local taxi service.
