We hired Josephs transportation to take a group of elderly residents on a tour of some new public housing developments. The entire process was extremely professional and staff is responsive. They really made the experience very easy and we all had a great time. The van/shuttle that picked us up was beautiful. The driver was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Josephs Limousine & Transportation.

We booked transportation to and from our wedding venue through Joseph's Limousine & Transportation and couldn't recommend them highly enough! Joey Albano was extremely responsive, friendly, and really went above and beyond--he took the stress out of booking our transportation! Our driver Dossantos the day of our wedding was terrific! Fabulous, Fabulous, Fabulous! Over the course of 2 days we had multiple buses to multiple locations for my son's wedding. Our guests received white glove treatment and couldn't stop talking on how much they appreciated the bus service. Very clean, neat, and friendly (they loved the driver - even brought him food). Can't say enough on how much I appreciated their service, professionalism and flexibility! Thanks so much, Kay

We were on Amtrak Downeaster rail service and Joseph's transportation was used by Amtrak to transport us from Haverhill Mass to TD Garden and reverse on return, due to track repair. The driver was very rude and unprofessional, yelling at several Amtrak passengers. One altercation was very volatile, and the driven continued running his mouth loudly outside the bus after for several minutes.
This Mostly stemming from HISown rule of no coffee in his bus. The other Joseph's bus was allowed coffee onboard. I noticed he had a coffee for the ride. Very quiet uncomfortable ride due to the awkward silence. Will not be using their service ever!

Working with Joseph's Transportation leading up to the wedding date was fabulous. They called the week before our wedding to double check on times and locations for the day of the wedding. Their prices are easy to compare and were the absolute best prices for a quality service that I found during my extensive search! We ended up hiring a 40 passenger coach to bring the bridal party to the ceremony (bridesmaids, groomsman, and families) and then it made multiple trips to and from the hotel to pick up guests!
We had Mike driving us and he really went above and beyond for us. He made an extra trip to the hotel after the wedding so that myself and the bridal party could finish gathering up some items without making the rest of the wedding guests wait around for us. He showed up to pick us up early because he noticed the traffic was getting bad - he really cared about taking care of myself and my family that day.
The coach was immaculate and a few of our guests commented that it was a "luxury" to be able to ride in it. Honestly though, any company can have a beautiful fleet of vehicles, but it means nothing if the service, the employees, and your driver aren't the best of the best to go along with it. Joseph's Transportation will definitely be used by my family for years to come for future weddings, transportation needs, or other events! Just book with Joseph's now and stop reading reviews :)

We were a group of 47 Irish Veterans on a visit to Boston for the Memorial day Parade in Malden on Monday 28th May 2018. I hired 4 buses for 4 different days while on the visit. The buses were there on time, the drivers were very friendly and informative and all our group had the height of praise for the Company. Thank you Joey and staff and we will definitely use your services again. Paul
