Fantastic experience with Dynasty Limousine. From the ease of making our reservation for a full night of service, to the arrival of a beautiful brand new limo driven by the very pleasant and professional Angelo, Dynasty was top notch. This company knows how to please their customers and keep them coming back. Dynasty Limo drove my friends and I around all Saturday night in the city and the driver was so nice and accommodating everywhere we stopped so that make it even better for us. Plenty of cold waters and soda in the limo and driver had no problem w/us brining our own cooler. Price was great and made it easier for us to give this guy the big tip he deserved. Thank you again Dynasty! I'll def use you again for either a winery trip next or another fun night out.

We used Dynasty to take us into the city to see a play to celebrate our moms 90th. Joe, our driver, was terrific. He took us on a very scenic route and was really pleasant. When we got out of the play he was right out front. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this company and especially Joe. Edit. My one negative about my experience with Dynasty was that I was not made aware that tips were included in the price.
I gave a better than 20 % tip as I was unaware it was included in the fee. When I spoke to the manager she stated that employees were trained to tell customers that. Well I wasn't. I just hope that they actually give their employees the tip they charge. A 40 pct tip is pretty darn good. I don't like people telling me that I was told something I wasn't.

Dynasty has been absolutely fantastic to work with especially Eddie. This company has a great feel from the initial entrance to the building and the warm welcomes from all the staff. Beautiful vehicle inventory and very accommodating options to fit all budgets. We've changed our contract 3 separate occasions due to schedule issues on our behalf and they were super nice and accommodating through the process.

I had to cancel my wedding 4 days before the date, and we have several cars and a bus reserved. I fully expected not to get any money refunded, but it never hurts to ask. I was sorry that I did! Not only did I get zero sympathy, but the response I received from the female manager was "No way. I mean, I'm sorry that you're not getting married and all, but that's not my fault.
We're trying to run a business here." I didn't quite know to respond to that, so after a bit of a pause, she said "Okay? Bye." and hung up the phone. That was incredibly rude, callus and unprofessional.

Booked a car with them a week in advance to pick us up from JFK. Was told driver would call and text me. Flight arrives hear from no one. I call apparently they Allegedly sent a driver in the morning even though they had my flight time and flight number and arrival. Was left stranded with nothing more than a sorry and that I had to talk to Sal who wasn't even there. Get a call back after I'm already in a taxi that they can get me a taxi. How nice. Thanks Sal for leaving us stranded. Do not do business with them. They could care less.
