Been using them for years. Always very happy. My recent trip to airport was fine. THEN total out of character for them, but upon my return home, they stranded me without a ride. The paperwork was wrong and instead of trying to rectify it, I got yelled at saying it was my fault, that I gave them the wrong time. I made the reservation two weeks ahead of time.
They ask you your flight number and time of takeoff. It is up to the limo company to look up flight and make sure they are there when the flight comes in. They did not do that until the day of and realized the time was wrong. They called me hours before the flight was to leave to tell me they did not have a driver and was doing me a favor by telling me now and it's my fault about about the time. It was a yelling match and I can't believe I was treated so poorly. I will NEVER do business with them. They lost a really good customer and anyone else I tell.
