Lisa and Antonio were a very big help to me at the washout Center. They also give away a bottle of water in a box lunch with every washout. Come see them!

I took my motorhome to M & L TS for an outside wash and wax, as the previous owner had never washed it. It was peppered with road dirt including smashed bugs all over. After assessing the situation Lisa booked me right away and Michael did an excellent job; my rig looks just beautiful! I highly recommend them for their fast response, excellent work and reasonable price!

M & L got us a bus last minute, (Woburn Fire Fighters) to transport us to Worcester to attend the funeral of our fallen brother Worcester Fire Fighter. The bus was very clean and Tony our driver was great. 5 company

Myself and my wife called M & L to transport the guests from our wedding all over central Mass and we are so happy that we did! They were so easy to work with and schedule, along with being on time. The bus that we had was impeccable and our guests, as well as us were so happy that they could help us. We had a lot of moving parts to our wedding and they delivered for us big time. We will definitely be using them for our next big function!

My group contracted with M&L for a two-day Boston-local event and were very pleased with the level of service we received from them! The drivers were prompt, courteous, and highly communicative (i.e., let us know when they arrived, allowed us to call for the bus return if they had to park off-site, etc.); and the bus was comfortable and spotless. We will definitely use M&L again for our Boston-area group transportation needs!

I can't say enough good things about M&L. We contracted with another service for prom transportation for 38 kids. When Glen, our M&L driver arrived, the instructions he had received from the other service were all wrong (even though they had been confirmed just a few days earlier). Glen was kind and considerate and immediately put me in touch with Lisa, one of the owners of M&L.

Despite the fact that Lisa had a huge event going on, she was compassionate and helped to find a solution to a problem which she did not create. I will absolutely use M&L the next time I need transportation service. They are courteous and respect their customers. Both Lisa and Glen's communication was amazing. I had both their cell phone numbers and they let me know that the kids had been dropped off, picked up and delivered to their final destination safely.

Mike Deibert at fort Carson auto shop is stellar. Very humble professional and didn't look down on me for not knowing how to paint and do body work. Did The bumper and fenders of my wife's car with his guidance, find this guy if you need help.

I just had to review because I had such a good experience. The ladies here were so informative and helped me so much when I was trying to plan my husbands birthday. One lady in particular gave me so much details on all the activities to do around the area.

Just recently had M&L provide transportation for a surprise 50th birthday party/scavenger hunt into Boston and back to Melrose. Not only was the bus beautiful and accommodated all 29 of our passengers, but it was clean and the driver could not have had better skills when they were tested in the narrow streets of Boston. We were in awe that he could fit this large bus in such a small area. A great time was had by all! Thank you M&L for making the day so memorable and keeping us safe.

I was part of a group that charted a small bus from M&L to Gillette Stadium. The driver was very professional, helpful and courteous. The bus was comfortable and clean! We were picked up and dropped off with ease.

A group of parents rented the 24 seat bus to drive from Brookline to Concord, NH to watch our sons' football game. The bus was immaculate and comfortable. We could relax and have fun. Definitely will recommend M&L and will use them again.

I hired M&L to provide shuttle service from Newton to Waltham for my wedding guests. Alycia, with whom I coordinated all of my details, was by far the most prompt and responsive vendor I worked with; almost all of my emails were answered within the hour. Our driver showed up early and got our guests to our ceremony site safely and securely. He also displayed Herculean patience with all of my loud and boisterous guests AFTER the reception, as he ferried everyone back to the hotel. Weddings are stressful and you really just want to work with vendors who are going to answer your questions very quickly, give you what you ask for, and provide great service on the day of your event. No problems whatsoever with M&L, and I'd certainly recommend them to anyone in the greater Boston area.
