This limo service was AWESOME. I recieved a ride from Fitchburg to Logan air port. My driver was great. He had great social cues. If you wanted to talk, he would talk, if you didnt, ya didnt. Even offered 15 min earlier pick up which I appreciated since I was anxious about catching my flight. My ride felt safe, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend. Will use again!

Had used this service for years, no problems. In September booked a ride and was promised that the driver would wear a mask. Mind you this is the law in MA that livery drivers and passengers are required to mask up. We had to argue with the driver to get him to wear a mask. He was also the first driver to not come to the door and offer help with our bags.
We wrote the owner an email. No response. To be fair, our return trip with a different driver, was absolutely fine. Just not interested in arguing about masking with livery drivers.

We rented a limo for our daughter's prom and right away the office staff was more than helpful. When the night arrived, our driver won us over immediately! Chris made the parents feel at ease and provided a night full of fun for our kids! While they had a decent time at the prom, the big smiles and silly stories mostly include the limo ride and awesome driver! I cannot say enough good about this company! A giant Thank You to Chris for a night our daughter and her friends will never forget!

Our experience with First Choice Limo was excellent. The owner answered my call when I was looking for information. He was kind, courtesy and helpful. A few days before when I called to confirm our arrangements the woman who answered was equally helpful. Based on this, I shouldn't have been surprised by our incredible limo driver Chris. Chris. called me a couple of hours before the event to introduce himself. Chris has been driving limos for 35 years. He is amazing. He made our crew feel special from beginning to end. What a professional company! In the future, First Choice Limo will always be my first call.

We ordered a 20 pass White Hummer Limo for a birthday party. Ended up showing up in an older model silver Hummer limo - inside was dated and seats were patched in multiple places with duck tape. No ice or water available despite being included in our package. Only three glasses available for a party of 20. Driver was great though. Ultimately it was a good time but was not the luxury experience we paid for. Gave the company a chance to make right TWICE but they failed to respond. I will not be doing business with this company again.

5 Stars My experience with First Choice Limousine was superb from start to finish. The customer service provided by Rhonda was outstanding. She was genuinely helpful and understanding and went above and beyond to help my family member have a very carefree experience. Our driver Rey was wonderfully accommodating and made the transition from my aunt's home to the airport flawless. I HIGHLY recommend this company and would most definitely use their services again!

I highly recommend First Choice Limo. Hired them for a 40th bday party and Mark was our driver. He was courteous, respectful, and very professional. We used the H2 limo for 19 people and were taken around the Worcester area for dinner, drinks, and dancing. Excellent service. I am giving them 4/5 stars due to the fact I did feel that they were a little pricey and did not have options intermediate between a few people to a large party group, but other than that I would recommend them again. Thank you and make sure you clean up after yourselves or you'll get an expensive clean up fee. Great work First Choice and thank you again.

Hired them for my wedding on 8.18.18 and got the Hummer H3. Working with them was very flexible and smooth, worked with them via the phone and emails only, I made many changes due to the weather and they were just as smooth and nice and made the whole process easy for us. The driver was well dressed, great attitude, happy face, friendly and very professional.
The Limo was absolutely STUNNING inside and out, the lights, the music system, the atmosphere, the cleanness, the champagne and the glass, everything was beautiful and perfect. Terrible company. We ordered there H2 limo for a sweet 15. Limo showed up a half hour late. We had 15 kids, girls all with fresh make up and hair done boys with 3 piece tuxedos on a 88 degree day and the limos AC not working. Radio didn't work either. Called the company to try to get some of a refund and got the total run around. My wife called three times and never got a call back from the owner.
The last time she called the woman she already talked to a few hours before acted like she had no idea who she was or the reason she was calling. You would think in the age of the internet and online reviews they would handle the situation a whole lot better. Go with a different limo company.

Had a great experience call last minute before my trip talked to Dan set up a limo for me my wife and our 4 kids to go to the airport. Joe shows up at 4:30am on a friday with a smile on his face like it was mid day thats a great feeling to me makes us feel really important. When we came back Nathan was there before we got our luggage at 11:45pm with a smile on his face best service anyone can ask for. Will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone as well will definitely use them again

The company started off agreeable & worked out a price for my daughter & her boyfriend to celebrate their birthday with their friends on a night out in a limo for 20-25 people. A $400 deposit was left on my credit card account & the balance was paid in full to the driver (in cash) BEFORE the limo left the driveway. After 5 hours out they arrived back tipped the driver cash $160 for 5 hours! ( who told them the did not have too) then told them they shorted him $100!
The next day my card was charged another $85. Bothers me that a driver can take money from and NOT inform the party BEFORE leaving there's a problem! It was not until after the evening out & tip was given that the balance was short! Don't trust them.refused to refund my card & said they were now short 3 different amounts! Words can't describe how great of an experience I had with using this company. I was referred to First Choice by a family member, who also had nothing but great words to say. Our driver Chris was great! Very courteous, respectful and very enjoyable. He was able to answer all of my questions and made sure that we were well taken care of. OUTSTANDING! We booked limo for our daughter's prom last evening. Terrific customer service, limo was a Lincoln Navigator w/ plenty of room for the 13 or so kids who were in it. Driver Chris was on time to and from and touched base w/ parents before leaving for the prom.and made sure everyone had his contact info He indulged the kids' music choices and was very professional. Will definitely recommend to others! Very easy to work with and great service.

Very pleased with First Choice. We needed a limo for 8 hours on short notice for my daughters sweet 16. Their price was very fair. Driver arrived on time and was very professional. I was very impressed at how tolerant he was of 8 teenagers blaring there music for the 2 hour trip each way. I would definitely use their service again!

When I was picked up, despite the fact that our driver, Dave, was late, we got into a very nice limousine and was taken to my location without a problem. We took multiple stops, and it was very smooth. However, getting home was, different, to say the least. We had to drop a lot of passengers off, and an abundance of us lived far away from each other.
The first drop off was smooth, but after the second drop off Dave shouted back "How do I get to the next persons house?!" in a rather stern tone. Despite the fact that Dave had been provided with everywhere he needed to stop, him and his flip phone were unable to navigate us to our destination. Unfortunately, Dave lacked the intelligence to realize that the destinations were on opposite sides of the town, possibly due to the fact that he did not have a GPS, and shouted "Do you even know where you live?!" to one of the passengers.
What ended up happening was that the passenger who's birthday it was had to take out his phone and guide Dave to the next destination. It was appalling that this happened, and the fact that Dave was extremely unpleasant about his mistake. That is why I have rated this two stars.

Great experience with this company! First I called and no one picked up. I hung up and didn't leave a message, a few mins later I gotta call back asking if I called. The gentleman who called was so nice on the phone and answered all my questions, as I had never rented a limo before. I needed time to think about the options so I called back. Sherry in the office was so friendly.

The one thing I would recommend about this company is Sherry - she was wonderful over the phone giving information, and was always quick with emails and questions. The quality of the service of this company is NOT worth the money. We booked months in advance for my wedding, a 16 person stretch Cadillac. The vehicle showed up with a huge dent on the side, and the AC was not working well (my wedding was in mid-August in New Hampshire - AC was important).
We had 14 people in the vehicle so you can imagine that we needed to have some good airflow, especially since our bridal party was hanging out for an hour in the limo having a few drinks while my husband and I took photos with the photographer. My brothers asked several times to the driver to turn the AC up, but the problem was not solved. By the time we returned to the limo, everyone was very hot and uncomfortable and not happy to be sitting in the heat for so long.
When I called to discuss the issues following the wedding, the owner told Sherry to tell us that 1) the dent was not something they could fix last minute (which is fine, I understand, but at least a heads up or discount up front would have been nice.) and that 2) the AC doesn't work in the limo when the limo is idling. I'm sorry - we were paying over $1200 for a few hours of using the limo, the limo should have been on and using gas in order to keep our guests comfortable - this was part of the contract we signed.
He said that the limo "had to be moving" in order for the AC to work. This is extremely disappointing especially because I had mentioned that the bridal party would be in the limo while we took photos, and it goes without saying that we wouldn't want them to be sweating for an hour while waiting. I am not one to call or complain about services, but I was disappointed that the company was reluctant to give any type of refund, and after several phone calls they finally offered a minimal refund.
I definitely would not recommend the services to anyone, especially for a wedding, unless you have a wedding in the fall and don't need to use the AC, and don't mind if the vehicle shows up with a dent.

What a mistake to use this service! Arranged transport in July for an October wedding. Paid at time of booking service. Driver arrived on time which is the only good thing I can say. He took wedding party from hotel to venue and then left. We had 50 guests waiting at hotel for the shuttle to being them to the venue. The stress and aggravation during that time will not be forgotten. Guests called taxis ( this was in Waltham MA, not a city with numerous cabs available) and other guests went to the hotel to shuttle.
When we called the company the following Monday, resisted any refund. Wanted us to stay at a hotel they also own. Unreliable and dishonest. The only unpleasant memory of a beautiful day.

Dan, the owner of First Choice Limousine gave us a great deal on the Hummer Limousine for our annual "Daddy Daughter Sweetheart Dance" with our 7-8 year old daughters. We had a party of 20 people so it ended up being really cheap for the Hummer Limousine rental and our daughters were absolutely blown away at the style and sophistication with which we arrived to the dance. We Dads are heroes in our little girls eyes! Thank you to Dan and the AWESOME Chauffeur, Dennis for the professionalism and helping us dote on our daughters!

We reserved an 8 passenger stretch limo. Our needs grew to 10 people, so we requested a larger vehicle. It was between a 10 person strech limo or a 14 passenger " van." My mistake is choosing "van." Our thought was " more space, captains chairs, etc." It was an actual passenger van like that a plumber would use. It did not come close to seating 14 people, and was more expensive.
It was beat down. 8 people were squished as the back row seating was pulled out. When passenger 9 and 10 came into the van, I had to sit in the front seat. The driver was nice and rolled with it. I communicated my displeaure directly to First Choice and did not hear anything back from the company. I own not clarifying "van" but I thought when we "upgraded" from a limo to a "van" it would be a limo van. I am still shocked they even sent it to pick us up. My friends couldn't believe it as well. It wasa running joke all night.

First Choice Limousine is an unethical organization. They financially took advantage of my elderly parents. After I corresponded with First Choice for a quote, I never actually secured a reservation. I even sent a courtesy email indicating that I didn't require their services. Despite this, two days later, they sent a chauffer to my parents' home.
Because I had secured a reservation with another limo company, my parents were confused when two limos arrived. I instructed them to go with the other company and they did. But, the chauffer from First Choice asked for their credit card because there was 'no credit card on file.' Well, there was no credit card on file because I never secured a reservation. So, despite not having a reservation and not utilizing their services, they charged my parents $175.
We have made several attempts to get a credit and have not received a response. My parents are 80+. They were confused and did not have all the information surrounding the situation. First Choice took advantage of the situation and will not correct it. All of you Yelp members are educated and you who have a choice in which limo company to select. I encourage you to not select First Choice Limo and their unethical, despicable practices.

My wife and I had this for our wedding, the driver was absolutely rude, he was an hour and 45 minutes early and kept rushing my wife saying that she was late for her own wedding (which she was not). She forgot to put on her necklace and earrings because every 5 minutes he'd bang on the door or the window. So when they arrived at the church we had the ceremony and he came into the church trying to rush everyone to the venue because he had another wedding after ours.
He was so up the wedding party's butt that he is in our pictures! He was not in the tux but just a sweater and slacks we were promised he'd be in a tux. He also broke the bustle on my wife's dress because of the way he forcefully pushed her into the Limo and had his foot on the dress and also loosened her veil so that it fell off minutes into the reception.
He sped away so fast that we couldn't even take pictures getting out of the limo. When the company was called and told all of this they merely took away his 40$ commission and didn't offer any sort of refund. Do not use this company!

Bad. Bad. Bad bad terrible. This was booked for a bachelorette party and he started off the night by telling us "not to eat because if we throw up it's an extra charge". We offered our driver food before we went out-- you're welcome! But then we went over our time by 10 minutes and he charged us an hour over OVERTIME! And we did have a girl throw up into a garbage bag in the back and they charged us $250! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I repeat-- our driver made this night miserable for us-- use GRACE limo-- always happy using them!

No complaints about the service - our car was waiting upon our arrival. My issue is with the lack of clarity relative to how much I would be charged. I received a quote of $140 for a one way trip from Logan Airport to the Groton, MA area, but was surprised when my credit card was charged for $170. I called First Choice and was told by a representative and the owner that there was an added charge because I did not meet my driver until after midnight.
The following is stated on the reservation confirmation: *** FLIGHTS ARRIVING BETWEEN MIDNIGHT & 4 A.M. ARE ASSESSED A $25 LATE NIGHT FEE *** My flight arrived at about 11:45 pm, so I did not think I would be charged a "late arrival" fee as it arrived prior to midnight. Had I known I would be charged the added fee, I would have made other arrangements. If you are on a flight that is scheduled to arrive late and understanding what you will be charged is important to you, recommend confirming total cost before booking.

My husband and I used First Choice Limousine for our wedding. We had the 16 passenger navigator and it was great. The driver was right on time (early in fact). The driver even fluffed my dress for me as I went down the aisle so my train would be perfect! A bottle of champagne was provided, and the driver was happy to open the extra bottles we brought too.
I do have some complaints though. At least one, maybe two, of the champagne glasses was dirty. We had enough others to use but if the limo was full someone would have been without a glass. Also the decanters for other alcohol (even though we didn't use them) were also dirty and it looked gross.

I utilized First Choice Limousine to transport my mother to Boston for a high profile charity event and I wanted to make certain everything was perfect for her. I reserved a sedan approximately two weeks earlier to ensure I received the vehicle I wanted, which is the standard black Lincoln Town Car. Unfortunately, on the day of the pickup, I was disappointed to see a gray Ford Taurus sitting in my driveway.
Not wishing to cause an issue at that time, I waited until the following Monday to contact the company and notify them of my displeasure and asked to have the owner contact me. A few days later I received an email reply from the manager, not the owner, who apparently refused to contact me. The email stated "We were overrun with work Sunday afternoon & the schedule was not adjusted to insure a Lincoln Town Car not the Taurus that was sent for your Mother's pick up.
A Lincoln Town car was originally assigned for your job. There is no excuse. I am somewhat embarrassed by what happened". Supported by this admission I requested a refund for 50% for the car, and stated that the driver should keep the entire gratuity. Several days later I received a reply from the manager who informed me that the owner of the business, Dan, is not willing to compensate for the vehicle being other than a Lincoln Town Car and the service was provided in a timely fashion in a new, clean vehicle and that should suffice.
