Excellent service! We had multiple delays and cancellations at the airport. Staff members called/texted me and reassured our pick up time/location. They were very kind and helpful on the phone when things changed. Drivers were pleasant, loaded the bags and had bottled water for us on the return home. I use All Points to get me to and from Boston Logan airport from my home in Acton. They are consistently great in both directions. Today, in zero degree temperatures, my driver was in my driveway 15 minutes ahead of time and we had a great transit. A car service that is actually easier and more reliable than driving myself!
