Pure Limousine

After having a ride booked with them weeks in advance (and receiving a confirmation prior to the event), they didn't bother to show up, leaving a full wedding party scrambling to find alternate transportation. Waited for over an hour, and called multiple times - with little explanation provided. I'm In the end, we had to take multiple ubers instead.

Whoever the old lady is on the phone should really work on how rude she is to potential clients. Just got off the phone with her, and was very unprofessional, hung up on me after she didn't understand a simple question. Place looks dingy anyways makes sense

I booked this company about a year before my October 2018 wedding. I found them at a Sydney expo in August 2017. Between April to May I tried to contact them and did not hear back from them. I ended up contacting the expo company and only then did I receive a call back with poor excuses as to why they had gone quiet. Even after I told them that I was unhappy they still refused to answer calls and emails so I had no faith that the were going to turn up and then was stuck looking for a new limo company three months out from my wedding.

I went beyond to try and contact them and even reached out to the Department of Fair Trading to try and reach a conclusion and they wouldn't even respond to their queries! I agree with other reviewers DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS! I now need to go to court to get my money back

We had a great experience with Pure Limousines. Traveling for a gymnastics meet I organized a bus to bring a group to practice one day and the meet at Tropicana Field the next. Dennis was amazing from the first phone call to the last drop off. I highly recommend them and will be using them again next year!

Would give zero stars if it were an option. Booked for my destination Jan 2015 wedding, two chrysler limos, Chrysler convertible and Chrysler sedan. Paid in advance, confirmed all details via booking sheet/email/and phone call night before. They sent one of the limos to the wrong pick up hotel, meaning I ended up at the church 1hr and 20min late! Which had a ripple effect, leaving the parents of the bride and groom stranded after the church because the Sedan was only booked for 3 hours and left!

Didn't get my photo locations (we spent over 20k on our photographer and cinematographer!) because we didn't have time, because the limo was late! Why didn't I just take a bloody taxi to my wedding you might ask? BECAUSE THEY KEPT SAYING THE LIMO WAS ONLY 10min AWAY/just around the corner! Drivers were NOT empathetic, and after countless correspondence after the wedding, no re-imbirsememt was offered for the cabs my parents had to pay for, or any compensation for the poor service and associated stress.

Shouldn't have been crying on my wedding day. Google, if they try to report this comment, contact me! I have all my proof/emails/booking forms/and time marked photography PLUS 180 witnesses! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We booked this company more than a year before our 2019 wedding and paid an $800 deposit. It is now 3 months before the wedding and we cannot get in contact with them. All phone numbers have been disconnected, emails are not being responded to and their residence in Sylvania Waters is empty with some of the cars still parked out front. I have spoken with ASIC and Fair Trading who have confirmed that the company has not declared liquidation/bankruptcy and that Fair Trading can step in and try to mediate on our behalf to get our money back.

We hired the white 12 seat Chrystler limo for our wedding and wow what an experience. We had John as the chauffeur and he went above and beyond with his service, especially for my new wife. 120% would recommend and will always resort to this company for future events. On top of that the price is unbeatable. Cheers!

Hi We used Pure Limousines in January the 30th 2016 for our Wedding the service and drivers was on top of the world and the cars were clean and beautiful and i recommend Pure Limousines as a reliable and fantastic service to anyone thank you so much for the fantastic service.

Great customer service from start to finish! Bob was a joy to work with when booking. We used the party bus for our wedding party and it was so nice! The driver, Dennis, was timely and very friendly! He made the whole experience very fun. We were able to do a champagne toast with our wedding party with the glasses provided by the bus and keep our drinks in their cooler. The bus was very comfortable and clean. It was perfect!

Used this service a few times for transportation to events in St Petersburg, also our travel group used them to take us to Port Canaveral.
