This was the best limousine company I have ever worked with. Very professional from the first text and call. We used them for our daughters prom. Not only did they let all the parents pay separately for the same transaction they gave us a huge upgrade at no extra charge. The kids were over the top excited. Hands down BEST company to work with. Would not recommend, it was 90° in the limo. No AC at all and keep in mind Temecula gets hot! The driver got lost and wasn't able to look up directions on her phone. Half of the bridal party was car sick. We were late to the venue The driver at the end of the night suggested i get a discount for the broken ac They are the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

BEYOND PROFESSIONAL! I have been reaching out to 2 local limo services via phone, website and quote page, the past 2 weeks waiting for them to call back in regards to my upcoming event but other than a few vauge text messages, I couldn't get either of them on the phone to book the day. I finally went to Yelp to see what other services are local and I found Silver Fox immediatly.

I call, expecting to get a voicemail and Ryan picks up on the 2nd ring. With in 5 mins, I'm booked, happy and looking forward to my event! I have no worries at all! Thinking back to the other 2 companies, I would be so worried had I booked one of them because if I can't get them on the phone, what happens if there's an issue day of - am I confident I would be able to get a hold of one of those owners?

Booked a ride for a day trip to LA last minute and I must say it couldn't have been easier or gone smoother. Driver (I'm sorry to say I forgot his name) was professional, courteous, and a joy to have. We reached our destination in plenty of time. This company took a lot of stress off of me. We needed a 10 person limo, last minute, for the bridal party to the venue. Jeff was fabulous, professional, patient and accommodating. He also had to back the stretch limo more than 100 yards down a hilly driveway. Couldn't have been happier with the whole experience! Highly recommend!

-3 stars - When you drive with Leslie you'll get to experience going from 45 to 0 in 2.5 seconds at EVERY. SINGLE. red light, stop sign, and reduced speed. She made sure my family of 8 including my 75 year old grandmother got thrown around the back like a sack of month old potatoes making two people extremely car sick. Oh, and have plans later? No fear she'll make sure your 20 minute car ride turns into a 45 minute detour.

We asked her to take the freeway several times on the return trip and she decided to drive the complete opposite way of our drop off location. Also, be prepared to provide your own directions even when you both have iPhones- that includes maps. +2 Stars- Looking for a cheap priced limo service? They beat anybody's pricing hands down, and provide quick responses to reserve a limo even when they show up with the wrong color car.

We had Silver Fox Limousine come pick up my daughter and son-In-Law to take them to LAX for a vacation. The drive was nicely dressed, on time and friendly. Thank you, we have had others with very bad service. We will use them next time we need a car service.

SO AWESOME! we had the best time ever. Ryan was our driver and took us on a prepaid wine tastings tour of four wineries and kept us on track and dealt with our crazy fun group. Shortly before covid 19 shut the world down we had the privilege to go on a limo wine tour with Silver fox limo, and it was a great time! I run a Limo Insurance company and insure MANY Limos in the California area. I had my assistant call this company to ask if they would like a free, competitive quote and the person that answered the phone told my young, caring assistant - to fudge off and get a life! - but replace the word fudge with the not so nice other word. Then hung up on her. He could easily have said he wasn't interested. We are a family business with only a few in the office. It really hurt her feelings. very unprofessional!

Fantastic service, cannot recommend enough. We used them for our wedding and last minute called them up for a post wedding winery tour, they were able to pick us up pretty quickly with no notice in a clean limo and the driver was spot on with wineries (we are not from the area so had NO clue where to go). A great time all around.
