Epic Limousine Bus

Haven't even received a service yet and have had a horrible experience. It has been extremely frustrating trying to schedule with EPIC Limos. I scheduled originally over the phone with someone and told them the pickup/dropoff address and confirmed it would not be an issue. They then emailed me a quote and I accepted the price. After putting in my credit card info, they emailed me with an upcharge telling me they didn't realize my pick up location was not in Downtown San Diego.

The address was provided and shown on the quote that I accepted. The price quoted should be honored as I called for the specific reason to confirm everything before coordinating with my group. Not to mention the pick up location is right near the wineries. So it isn't out of the way. Then I spoke with a lady after this and agreed to 45 minutes per winery with the same pick up and drop off location.

They would be shorting me some time but I agreed. Then again I provided my credit card info with this note on the quote. Now they're telling me I will only get 20 minutes per winery. This is ridiculous and terrible business. I would never recommend Epic Limos to anyone!

The bus trip with James went incredibly well. He was very helpful in getting us set up on the stereo system and getting us situated on the bus. Pick-ups and drop-offs were easy and he communicated well. The bus itself was exactly what we were looking for. It fit all 18 of us very comfortably and the amenities worked great. Great night out overall and would definitely rent again for future events!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience using Epic Limo. We rented a limo to take our family to see the holiday lights and it was simply a great time. Our driver was beyond outstanding - even texting to introduce himself the day before we were to go. Highly recommend Epic and will definitely be using them again!

We took my daughter to the OB Christmas Parade for her birthday. We were very impressed by the way our driver Robert aka Santa navigated his way through all the traffic and closed off roads to get us right into the heart of the parade where our destination restaurant was located. The limo was clean and prompt. All 15+ of us had a great time as the music and lighting inside was fun. Thank you all!

I have used Epic Limo for transportation from North County to LAX as well as from San Diego Airport to North County. Both experience were excellent. The drivers were on time, professional, safe and courteous. Both texted me when they arrived and communicated to me where they were to meet them. I had a great experience with Epic Limo and will be using them again in the future.

We booked Epic Limo to help shuttle our wedding guests to the venue and we were very happy with the service! The sprinter limo had music and fit about 14 people comfortably. There was music playing and definitely made for some fun rides. I would highly recommend their service.

Rented the 10 person party bus for SMHS class of 2021 "prom". Booking was so easy. everyone was so nice and responsive. total pleasure to work with. The The kids had more fun on the bus then they did at the prom itself! James, our driver, was polite & so very patient. The itinerary was ever changing. but James went went the flow! I would most definitely recommend them.

Booked a limo bus (sprinter) for my fiance's birthday to take a wine tour through Escondido. Jim, our driver, was professional and courteous and made our experience easy and fun by checking us in at each location. It made us feel like real VIPs. He also coordinated with us to pick us up a little early to ensure we had time to load our stuff without cutting into our rental time. I would easily book again.

We were connected with Epic Limo through friends who used them for their wedding. We emailed them for a quote and immediately received a response with the exact specifications needed. Due to having the reception on the military base we required specific information for all potential drivers including liability insurance and we received it. promptly with no questions asked.

On the day of the wedding, the driver arrived early to the grooms parents house in order to allow us time to load up the limo with snacks and alcohol. The driver then drove the groomsmen to the ceremony venue, waited for the ceremony to end and drove the bridal party to the reception venue without any issues. We would recommend Epic Limo to anyone who needs limo services and we ourselves will use them in the future.
