We rented a party bus for our huge wedding party to travel around and take pictures before the ceremony. Customer service was GREAT, bus was cool and clean, and we didn't have to stress about a thing. Highly recommend.

San Diego Charter is amazing. This last weekend my daughter and new son in law used them for their post wedding transportation. They were on time professional and the busses were very clean. We had John as our driver and he took great care of our entire group. He made sure everyone was happy, safe and accounted for. My daughter had many conversations with the admin people and she always commented how helpful and accommodating they were. I would use this company again in a heartbeat

John is the man. He went above and beyond for our large party of wild ones. Most including firefighters and college athletes. It's not everyday you find someone who is like him. Thank you. SDFD.

I booked San Diego Charter for a birthday party in Temecula and it could not have been better! Our bus driver, John, was early and very communicative. It was clear he only wanted us to have fun and really helped us to do so! We showed up at every winery on time and John definitely knew is way around. Prior to our trip, San Diego Charter called to confirm and were very helpful when booking wineries and updating the itinerary. Also, the bus was clean and VERY nice! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle free transportation system!

We had a fantastic experience with the San Diego Charter company! We were looking for transportation for our wedding guests to/from our wedding venue, and they definitely delivered. From what we heard from our guests (or didn't hear, haha), the transportation went seamlessly, ran on time, and everyone had a great time on the bus. San Diego charter was wonderful to work with. We live out of state and used them for our daughters wedding. We changed the itinerary 3times and they were so accommodating. I had a most unpleasant experience with this company. They were not prepared with my phone number or pickup location. When I called the third party company to check on the ETA of the buses, i was told they had both and would have the company contact me. The young lady I talked to at San Diego Charters had no concept of customer service. She was rude and kept blaming me for not giving them the information they needed. I would not ever use this company again.

Huge thanks to Doug, Amanda, and our great driver Juan for a fun ladies night! We booked the 27 passenger limo bus for a ride to a Petco Park concert and it was BY FAR the nicest limo bus any of us had ever ridden in. Super clean, good sound system, and even had a bathroom on board! Driver Juan was super patient with pick up time shifting up a bit as well. We chartered the bus to Disneyland with 30 people - fantastic vibe with the nice stereo system, clean comfy leather seats, and above all didn't have to take multiple vehicles! Our driver John Lopez was awesome too! The company was very accommodating, very good customer service. Highly recommend especially for large parties.

This is my first time writing a review. I had the best experience using SDcharter party bus. The bus was new and clean and had a restroom. They also decorated the bus for me. The driver was amazing and so friendly. He arrived early and it gave us enough time to load the bus. My friends and I had an amazing time. The inside of the bus is so spacious and has seatbelts as well for kids. Loved the lights inside as well as the space for ice and drinks. I would chose this company again for my next party.

I couldn't be more happy with my experience with SD Charter. They not only provide outstanding buses with amazing sound systems, they also provide unbeatable customer service. We recently chartered their 27 passenger Party bus, "Marie" and wow we were blown away by their service. First of all, the booking process was so smooth and pricing was very fair and transparent. We wanted the best driver on staff since most our passengers where school aged teens. They sent their best driver, Anthony, who is a state certified school bus driver! Anthony called me with his ETA and arrived super early playing party music.

After he arrived, he offered to come inside and bring out the girls sodas and waters! The bus was stocked with ice and balloon decorations! Before we left, he took pictures on our phones and got us pumped up for the fun night we were ready for! The bus was super cleaned, smelled and looked amazing. They even had the toilet paper folded into a fancy design in the restroom.

The definitely turned our neighbors heads as we headed out for Downtown. We felt very safe with our drivers smooth and defensive driving. At our final destination when we arrived, Anthony let the girls use up their remaining twenty minutes to party on the bus! San Diego Charter provided AMAZING transportation and we will definitely use them again and request Anthony. I'm ready to book another charter for a night out with my girls.

San Diego Charter provided excellent service for a friend's wedding. The bus arrived early and the ride was smooth. The sound quality is amazing, and the interior is clean. The drive was about 40 minutes, and was comfortable the entire way through.

WOW! I hired SD Charter after contacting many companies to drive my wedding party between a few locations over 5 hours recently. The entire process was as good as it could get. Broc and Amanda in the office were fantastic to deal with. The party bus itself was the nicest I have ever been in. It was spotless and seemingly very new. It even had a bathroom in the front!

They supplied cups and ice, and John, the best driver we could have ever dream of. He was literally the nicest guy. He went above and beyond in every way possible. Even took some photos for us when the photographer wasn't available. IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY BETTER. To top off this great experience, the price was very fair. I will absolutely use San Diego charter in the future. My expectations were totally exceeded and I am still so happy with our choice to hire them for our wedding. Thanks SD Charter!

I had an urgent matter this morning, and arrived there prior to opening. I called and spoke with Doug, explained to him a cell phone was left on the bus from the previous night. He let us in and proceeded to check every bus on the lot, until we located the phone. Mind you, this was Sunday morning. What a guy! I can't express the gratitude he displayed. Very personable, respectful and professional. Great guy to work with!

I was so nervous to rent a party bus. This was my first time! I was so impressed with the bus! It was beautiful! Our driver Jose was amazing! We had a little bump in the road in regards to size of the bus and fitting the parking lot where we were going, and Jose took care of it. We had an amazing day! My friends and I found this charter bus company online and decided to give it a go for a bachelor party. They've got the buses all dialed in to be in compliance with the CDC guidelines as they have COVID shields throughout the bus to separate the seats so it felt safe. We had an amazing time and the owner was a stand up guy! I'd highly recommend using this company for any special events such as bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, weddings, etc. the buses were comfortable and clean. A real value for the service! Very happy with services provided with San Diego charter. They are very kind and courteous on phone and very accommodating especially with all the covid craziness. I had to make numerous changes with my reservations but they worked with me and made accommodations very easily. On top of that they offer very reasonable rates.

Doug and Michelle have helped me out for years, and they're a staple in the community. 45 minutes before my wedding at the Marriage Hut, I had the bright idea to get a limo bus with virtually no time to spare. Within 20 minutes of my call, we were getting picked up with just enough time to get to the marriage hut. THEY EVEN HAD A BOTTLE OF CHAMPAGNE WAITING FOR US. I cant speak highly enough of their team.

100% satisfied! I recently hosted 41 people for our family reunion last June. We required a bus to get us to and from the Scottish Highland Games in Vista. Communication with Doug was excellent and our driver Eric was awesome. On time and everything went smooth. We did have other bids from other bus companies. Some were less, some were more. I felt these guys "in the middle" of quotes/estimates were fair. Cheaper isn't always the best as "you get what you pay for, " but some quoted so much it was ridiculous! We used San Diego Charter for my wedding and they were recommended by our event coordinator to use. I was expecting regular service from the bus and driver but was blown away to how well he adjusted to changes in our schedule and helped us with the little hiccups that occurred. This was my very first time booking a charter bus and I'm so glad I chose San Diego Charter. I just used their services today for a work related corporate function, and the service I received was phenomenal. Boy am I glad I saw these yelp reviews and decided to check them out. From the first initial phone call on through the day of service was just great.

Only one slight issue was that the driver was a few minutes late, but nothing to be too concerned about. To his defense, traffic was terrible as I drove the same route myself. I have never booked group transport before and - after calling several companies - was quickly feeling overwhelmed and frustrated. Eventually, I was connected with SD Charter and spoke with Brock, who was immeasurably helpful and patient while we figured out the perfect plan for my group. Pricing was the most reasonable I had found, and the total he quoted included all the gratuities and fees (which really alleviated that feeling of being nickeled and dimed after the fact.) Everything from booking through execution was smooth and pleasant. Diego was our driver on the day of the event, and he was very communicative and professional.

He welcomed us to connect our mobile devices via Bluetooth to play our own jams, and he tolerated us like a champ on the way home from the wineries (I'm sure you can imagine our condition by that point!) The vehicle itself was clean, classy, and comfortable. I highly recommend SD Charter.

Thank you Amber for all your help--you were great! I had 2 large busses for our guests and a party bus for our wedding party. Everything worked out just fine. The only hiccup was that the party bus took my bride and her bridesmaids to the reception (The Prado) on accident before the ceremony (The Founders Chapel/USD). Other than that, I couldn't be happier.

The buses were very nice and clean and on-time. My guests enjoyed being picked up at our hotel at The Pendry and avoiding the crowd/parking during the holiday weekend for Labor Day. Our driver on the way home from the wedding was stopping a little abruptly which made it interesting but overall I wouldn't have changed a thing.

We can always count on the SD Charter staff and leadership! When we need things to go right these are the people we call great fleet and people to match, we have been using San Diego Charter for over 15 years now and they are still impressing us.

Working with SD Charter is a joy. The team is responsive, the pricing is very reasonable, and they are happy to accommodate. Our charter style coach was incredibly clean and nice, and our driver was super pleasant (and was a great driver). I'll be reaching out to them again when I next need a coach. I use Yelp a lot. I value the publics opinion of experiences. That said, I never leave reviews, hence, this being my first review. That's how awful my time with San Diego charter was -- nightmarish enough to take the time to warn others so they can avoid this disgusting company. My experience with San Diego Charter was so awful, I feel like they should have paid me to use them and not the other way around. Rude owner, terrible accommodations, and unsanitary restroom. Further, I wish their AC was at LEAST half functional but it didn't even work on the hottest day of the year (it was about 100 degrees).

The fact that this company does not even offer competitive pricing, you would think the bus would have amenities that matched. I would never want to step foot in another one of this company's buses ever again and I highly recommend you don't either. Save yourself the headache and don't contract these people! Our company rented one of their limo buses for an off-site distillery and brewery tour. The limo bus is impressive on both the outside and the inside. The stripper pole in the back was a nice touch. The one complaint was that we couldn't figure out how to change the music from the control unit in the back. - Great for team building

SD Charter was super easy to deal with and made for a great night. They were flexible and even allowed me to change the place and time of the pick up the day of. Our driver Paul was very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend SD Charter.
